Updated review: Took away two stars because their billing practices are infuriating. Clearly just recently got acquired by Hunt Regional. They spam you with 15 texts and emails to pay your bill. But the website they send you to is nonexistent and doesn’t work for bill payment. And when you try to call to pay, you get encouraged to go to the same nonexistent website and they don’t answer the phone. Took quite a while to be seen but I did come around lunch time. Once I was brought back I was tended to quickly and got what I needed.

Visited Rockwall urgent care last month. The staff there is amazing. Alexx Espinoza is an absolute angel. She is patient and thorough and has a way of putting you at ease in a stressful situation. My experience there was unexpectedly pleasant.

Been here twice and it’s been the shortest wait time of any urgent care. Both times got to see a doctor within 10 min. Very upfront about pricing and wait times.

I am the spouse of Bill. I went to Rockwall Urgent Care this morning with a respiratory issue on 09/04/2023. I saw the PA. I have a question, how do you diagnose without any test. I was told it didnt matter if I had Covid, Flu, etc. No swabs. The treatment would be the same. I was given a sheet of paper with instructions for taking vitamins etc. I was told I was contagious and to see my doctor if I did not get better. What a waste of my time and money. We have been to this urgent care before and I have never experienced this type of treatment. DONT GO HERE! I am a retired RN, this place is a joke!

I went on a Sunday morning after trying the one in Royse City, which was very crowded. This one was not. I now know why. The lady that took me back did not even greet me, but, she greeted the patient before me. The nurse who saw me was pleasant. Unfortunately, I'm still waiting for the results of my test. I called someone yesterday who said she'd get back to me. She didn't. I know it does not take this many days for results. In the meantime, I got a prescription from the ER.

I don't know why there are so many bad reviews. They were fast & good. We were self-pay, but I didn't think it was overly expensive. My son is feeling better, & I am so thankful.
