A patient should not be spending the morning trying to get through to speak with the secretary and when you finally do manage to have her on the phone, it's please hold,[ oh! still waiting, please hold!] Having the options of pressing #1-#6 is not a solution.... it's part of the problem.

I visited Dr. Turner to run bloodwork for my thyroid. His nurse advised I was taking to much medication on the phone based on bloodwork but woukdntcall in a refill. I would need to make another appintment.

After my last experience with a dermatologist, Dr Turner is like a breath of fresh air. He audio records all his notes (at least when I am there) so nothing is missed. The front desk personnel do not have much of a sense of humour, but I can live with that. The doctor's knowledge and compassion more than make up for their rudeness.

Very bad front desk woman the very blond one very rude and with no behavior. . Dr. Turner not high professional though I respect his age and I would say enough practice as a doctor because you start fogetting many things although I wish him good health..

Dr. Turner is very compassionate and in my opinion a very knowledgable physician. His diagnosis and treatment plan has had incredible results for me. My concern is with the one front office staff woman who is probably one of the most arrogant, egostical persons I have dealt with. I have witnessed her berate patients who have arrived a few minutes late, using a loud condesending voice to embarrass the patient. She refuses to look at the notes Dr. Turner makes after your visit and will only book future visits on "what Dr Turner told you, not on what he wrote because I don' t read reports". She does this in a loud voice so other patients in the waiting room can hear her berating you. Too bad, because I like Dr. Turner and I am really considering changing Doctors because of her appalling social skills with people
