LOVE LOVE LOVE DR WEST!! He is awesome, he truly cares! I got my tonsils removed and was super nervous and he made this the smoothest procedure I’ve ever had! He listens to you and has the best bedside manner ever! Staff is super sweet, so glad I went with them! I am so happy, and glad I chose this office! ;)

My first visit with Dr. West was beyond great! He listened and addressed each concern! I have been frustrated for years with a specific issue with no relief. Dr. West has set-up a game plan on how to solve this issue. I am scheduling the remainder of the family! Thank you for the awesome quality of care.

He is super personal, professional and listens to his patients! Couldn’t be happier with using him to fix my daughters broken nose

Dr. West listened when no one else would, he held my hand as I cried in his office, and told me he might not know the answer to my problem, but he'd send me to someone who would. He saved my life that day. I had mastoiditis and a terrible infection in my head, all the way to my brain. And I'm alive because he listened and cared. I can't say that for a lot of doctors these days.

We booked an 4p appointment with Dr. West at the Wylie location for our daughter's sinus issues. We arrived way early for this appointment and finished paperwork, only to be seated outside for the next 1.5 hrs with no communication on when Dr. West can be visited. Finally, upon asking, the receptionist mentioned that "oh, sorry it will take at least another hour till he finishes seeing 3 other patients in front of you". Truly unprofessional and poor customer service.

Tried to get an appointment was told they no longer take medicare. That's ok he's not the only ent around. He never was that good anyway. Used him in the past spent my money and medicare money for nothing

Dr. West came highly recommended to us by our orthodontist and we couldn't be happier with him. He has been so helpful and truly educated my family on the links between airway and sleep quality. My twin boys (8 years old) grinded teeth, tossed and turned at night, talked in their sleep...they could hardly breathe out of their noses. They both had surgery on their tonsils, adenoids and turbinates and the improvements are night and day. We are so happy we did it and Dr. West is fantastic with kids!

Been waiting well over an hour for our appointment. The ladies tried to do the wrong test on my kid, and charged me $100 over what I was told on the phone. I appreciate what this place stands for, but hope it can get more organized.

My appointment was at 3:45 and I arrived about 5 -10 minutes early. I didn't get called to the back until 4:40. Was told the audiologist would come talk to me. She did and took me for testing. Back in the patient room by 5pm. After sitting there for another 20 minutes, I got up and left. I was there a total of an hour and a half. Not once did anyone communicate with me that the doctor was running late. Several people who arrived after me were called back before me. I understand that they could have been seeing another doctor, but if that was the case, why didn't I get seen?

After waiting for 1.5 hours, I was finally taken to an exam room. The audiologist was very friendly and informative but, the visit with Dr. West was one of the most uncomfortable doctor visits I’ve had. He came in, sat down, and took off his mask, quickly muttering he said it was ok to do. A doctor, especially an ENT who sees numerous patients every day, should never assume that it is ok to not wear a mask in these times. There were two times where I felt very uncomfortable with the way he approached me, physically. The second time he rolled on his chair towards me and, again quickly muttering that it was ok, and grabbed me to hugged me. I have never been hugged by a doctor, even my doctor that I’ve been to for over 30 years. If it were a side hug, I might have brushed it off but, it was him straddling the exam chair. It was not okay. I left there with no real diagnosis and needing to find another ENT to help me with my concerns.
