I was excited to see that they are now here in Richardson. I appreciate that the doctors here understand and explain in detail how my auto immune disease is affecting my joints and they offer several different approaches to help me recover. They are not quick to offer surgery and I appreciate that. The staff is very helpful and the X-ray staff absolutely loves her role. I highly recommend this practice.

He was very kind, & he listened. He didn’t try to cut me off, even though he knew he couldn’t help me. He helped me to understand what is going on with me and even suggested to refer me to a Neurologist to assist me. He also explained why he couldn’t help me, but left the door open, just in case the Neurologist may need me to come back here.

Even with rolling blackouts going on throughout the day, they were flexible in calling me back as soon as the power was on. I was seen and treated all within 15 minutes before the power went back out. The staff was working hard in such a difficult situation and that really stood out to me. I would give them a better rating if at all possible!
