The key word in their business is “team.” Every professional in this Rockwall office is compassionate, highly skilled, and they work together as a team. My primary care specialist in the Rockwall office is Dr. Platon. He gives me confidence he has my best interest and care as a top priority at every visit. Highly recommend Dr Platon, Dr Berg, Kelsey, Samantha, and every team member in this location. Nothing but professional and kind attitudes are reflected throughout this practice. No one “wants” to be in the care of a spine team, but if you find yourself in need of this skill, I highly recommend this team of specialists, starting with Dr Platon.

Dr Platon saw me to perform a nerve study on my hands. He was very personable and kept me informed of exactly what he was doing at all times. He saw me on time and was a complete professional. He warned me when it might hurt. He also told me the preliminary results of my tests and assured me the results would get to my surgeon in time for my follow up appointment two days later. I was very impressed with the facility, the support staff, and the doctor.
