Since my fist review the Office manager contacted me and asked for my side. I was real impressed with Linda reaching out to me. It was a very unique happening. All the stars lined up that day Dr Blank is very nice and very professional. she makes you feel comfort talking with her. I would truly recommend her and will be back

Dr. Blank is a professional doctor who will listen to me, the patient. Based on physical tests (upper GI endoscopy) and hearing my issues, Dr. Blank recommends and explains a clear course of action for improvement. As an experienced professional, Dr. Blank was able to refer me to an oncologist for further treatment. She studies colleague's reports and works together for optimized care. She does not rush through the visits and she will listen, and answer all my questions. Seeing a doctor can be a scary experience. Dr. Blank and her staff do everything to make the patient feel at ease, understand the problem and how to proceed.

I would not recommend this Doctor, I had and appointment at 8:30 am and she would not see me she said I needed to arrive 30 min early their website says they open at 8:30 am I was not told to be there 30min early nor did the portal, by the way I'm not a new patient so I had no paperwork to fill out. I showed the front desk receptionist my portal to prove my appointment time after she asked Dr. Blank she still refused to see me.

Great care from prep to procedure! Dr. Blank and the nursing staff at Texas Health Surgery center took amazing care of me. They were kind, caring, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Dr. Blank and DHAT of Rockwall for all of your gastrointestinal needs.

I have been a patient since 2017 I only see Dr Blank the morning of my colonoscopy and I have had 4 colonoscopy because of health reasons. My latest experience with Dr Blank was yearly colonoscopy on September 16,2022 my mother in march of this year had colonoscopy and colon cancer they removed a 1.1/2 feet of her intestines and she now has no control over her bowel movements. So going into this colonoscopy I told Dr Blank about my mother and she stated that I may need a colonoscopy in 3 to 6 months. When I was waking up from the procedure she buzzed in and said everything went well and good. I asked her if I had any new polyps that grew during the year. She said yes a handful. I then ask her how many was a handful and she refused to give me the number of polyps. She then said she would see me again in 3 years! My husband asked her if she found any other issues or concerns and she stated no that everythi
