The staff is friendly, and the provider, Jamie, is incredible. I love this location, but the self inject at home process is a train wreck! The app is atrocious, and no one seems to know what to do and how to fix it! Let me say, this is not The Rockwall locations issue, this is corporate! They sure as heck will Bill you each month, no problem getting that done! Also, good luck getting your testosterone on time if you choose this option! My advice, just go in and get your shots and skip the home injections, the staff will brighten your day anyway. When all is said and done, the Rockwall location is wonderful, but corporate needs to straighten something out!

The front office does not know how to bill insurance correctly. They directed me to the billing office and they told me it would take about 3 weeks to fix the billing. It’s been 6 months now. I finally stopped going there. Very disappointing because the treatments seem to be working for me. I originally started going there 3-4 years ago. Since they changed doctors and staff, the office went downhill!

I frequent the Austin location and this one is 10x better. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. Clean and well kept facility . Highly recommended.

I have been going to this facility for over a year now and I couldn’t be happier with my results! When I started, my testosterone level was somewhere around 350, but with weekly shots and apx. Quarterly bloodwork, they have managed to get my testosterone where it needs to be. Consistently! My Energy, libido and overall quality of life has improved by leaps and bounds. I will continue to visit this clinic for the rest of my life. Thank you for all you have done for me!! Truly appreciated.
