Matthew Britt's Online Review Report Card

I only gave 3 stars because as nice as Dr.Britt is, he never corrected my toe. After surgery it never straightened. And now it feels like a rock in my joint. Not happy.

The two stars are for Dr.Britt, he’s been wonderful to our daughter having foot surgery. He’s made her feel comfortable as previous surgeries have been traumatic. However, the missing other stars are because of the office. Less than helpful Rescheduling that wasn’t ok with us No callbacks when she’s left messages Wrong prescription location multiple times Many missteps that have been frustrating Them telling her to drive to hospital to pick up some needed supplies, the hospital saying the office should provide- which is it? Why can’t she get clear details, concise and simple? My daughter in in college, had to do the adulting in this situation - she’s been frustrated and in tears I’ve watched and wondered how the office doesn’t seem to care. The whole situation has w been negative despite the Dr’s great work.

I saw Dr. Britt yesterday for a consultation. He was very attentive, kind, and thoughtful. I saw Dr. Britt again today and he explained my upcoming surgery to us. He drew explanations and gave us copied information about everything.

Podiatrist trying to be an orthopedic surgeon

Dr Britt was my favorite podiatrist ever ...unfortunately i had to relocate to Florida and i will definitely miss him and his excellent care and services. He was very courteous and friendly and listened to everything i ever had a question about.

I saw Dr Britt for a nerve issue in my ankle/foot. He was very personable, friendly, and attentive. He referred me for some nerve testing with another doctor. I would highly recommend Dr. Britt and will see him again for any other foot problems.

After years of ankle pain and no range of motion, due to an injury 15 years ago I finally found the answer. I was in seeing Dr. Zavala for a knee issue and asked about my ankle and his only response was live with it, or have it fuzed. knowing fusion was not an option for me, I started crying. He immediately got Dr. Britt to come talk to me. He told me about ankle replacement and was very calming and kind. He explained the procedure and recovery. Needless to say I got the replacement. Physical therapy and a positive attitude I was walking in 3 months. It has been 7 months now and I am able to walk 3-5 mile with no pain and my range of motion is much better than before. Dr. Britt is always friendly, kind and understanding not to mention an excellent surgeon. If you need an ankle replacement he is your guy!!!!!!

Dr. Britt performed two failed surgeries on my feet. I am in more pain now than before. He sent me on numerous false hope visits and now I am left in enormous pain and with no help. His demeanor will fool you into believing him. I do not recommend him for surgery.

I ordered orthodics inserts and had to go bad 3 times and they never could get it correct. I had enough and wanted money back and they will not refund.

I love Dr. Britt. He is so nice and patient and thorough. I had two surgeries by him on both feet last year and I am pain free now. I highly recommend Dr. Britt.
