Neil Vora's Online Review Report Card

I had an incredible amount of earwax which was solid rock and it started to hurt like hell. Finally decided to go to an ENT to get it looked at and Dr. Neil Vora, did an amazing job getting that out of my ear. This war was basically like a frozen thunder in my ear and getting it out was tricky and Dr. Vora was patient getting it all out. My ear was instantly better.

Worst experience with a doc I have ever had. The wait was well over an hour, nearly 2 hours to see Dr. Vora, and he spent all of about one minute with me before sending me away with no answers, no tests run, nothing... he didnt even look at me when he spoke. I got upset and began to cry, his nurse told me she would go get him, I waited and no one ever came back. I was so upset that I just left. He's getting paid good money to do nothing. If he's an ear specialist it sure doesn't show.

Dr Vora has treated my 89 mother with the greatest amount of care and sensitivity to ensure her comfort and safety. He is very knowledgeable, has good communication skills with the patient and family . Happy to have been referred to him by our FNP for my mom’s care and ensuing surgery. Excellent !

Dr Vora has done 3 surgeries on our son. He always has wonderful bedside manner, the waiting room is small but it's worth it to know that our son is so well taken care of. We are there every week for allergy shots !

Dr. Vora and his staff are amazing! Both of my kids have had tubes put in and I couldn’t be more grateful.

This guy has no concern for you the patient .. He over books his patients and is flipant in his diagnosis.. Save your co pay and go someplace else

Had an appointment today at 4:30pm as a new patient and I went online and printed off the paperwork ahead of time and had it ready when I got there. As I sat in the overly crowded waiting room for an hour and 13 minutes to be called to go back, I noticed people sitting on the floor and standing near the door because there was no where to sit. The office was small and cramped and run down. When I went to use the restroom there was no toilet paper and trash that was over flowing. OK, not too big of a deal given how busy they were, but it did not help an already sour first impression. I finally went up to the front desk to ask to reschedule and the young lady at the front was very nice and understanding. As we were looking at dates to come back they called my name so I went ahead and stayed there and was lead back to one of the rooms. The lady took my vitals and she was pleasant, but when she left the room I noticed the nasty, dirty carpet with black stains on it and that everything that was made of wood in there was in rough shape. There was a small trash can with biohazard material with no cover and a sign above it that said "Do Not Touch" and medical hoses that were coming out of holes in the wooden cabinet that also had a sign that said "Do Not Touch", but the hoses were on the floor and the Dr's rolling chair was on the hoses. So all of that to say that the personnel was polite and pleasant, but the office itself was run down and did not appear sanitary nor sterile. My phone was dying or I would have taken pictures. I wound up walking out and not being seen.

Your visit will always be one hour after your appointment time, both locations are not updated and don't expect much privacy. I had to have a biopsy with a door opened and people walking by.

I've been going here for my kids for years. Great doctor but expect almost 2 hour wait. Every time! No matter how early you show, always a 2 hour wait.been this way for years

I saw Dr. Vora for allergies/ sinus. He was wonderful and so was the staff.
