Saw Dr Shah for the first time and was stunned by the experience and patient care. It was immediately apparent that Dr Shah was developing a partnership with me regarding diagnosis and treatment. Something that is rare these days. The best way to describe her approach is a facilitator. She brings you into the process and applies her knowledge and experience in a way to educate and then based on that foundation allows you to make highly informed decisions. Highly recommended for many reasons. In addition just wait until you meet Lucy her assistant. Dr. Nisha Shah and her staff are caring, friendly, and kept us well informed about my health and care every step of the way. She is a competent foot surgeon/podiatrist, with a positive attitude. a nice smile and a kind pleasant conversationalist who made my wife and I feel comfortable throughout. It's been a long journey, but I am walking again and I highly recommend her. Her staff, Evelyn, Trish. Alyssa, Amanda, Christine, and Yolanda were extremely helpful with insurance, paperwork, medical dressings, getting notes and photos relayed to the to the doctors and they even helped expediate the acquisition of my diabetic shoes. And Dr. Kamran Hussain stepped in and saw me a few times as well when Dr. Shah wasn't available. Thank you Sir. Arrived 5-10 minutes before my appt and signed in. The ladies in the office were chit-chatting so I sat down. Another patient came about 20 minutes later and was given paper work. I thought she would call me up at that point, but she went to the back. Another patient arrived, had a brief conversation w the lady, then sat down. I started to go to the window, but she walked toward the back again. I literally felt invisible! What kind of customer service is this? I was already anxious about seeing a new doctor, but was becoming upset as well. Both of those patients were called to be seen, still no receptionist at the window, and 50 minutes had passed without anyone speaking to me! I was looking forward to meeting Dr Shah, but never made it past the waiting room.
