North Pediatrics's Online Review Report Card

I was told by Dr Hedayati that I should stop breastfeeding so much and only feed my 9 month old breastmilk 3 times a day. That she needs to eat meat fruit and veggies. (She has no teeth) and I expressed to her that she will not eat baby foods or real foods yet no matter how many times we’ve tried but that we keep trying. She didn’t care. She proceeded to tell me that she isn’t hungry for those foods because I’m filling her up with breastmilk and to stop breastfeeding her at night and give her JUICE when she wakes at night. I told her that I don’t give juice to my children ESPECIALLY at night and she said then give her water. She was 47 minutes late in to my room and was in there for MAYBE a total of 5 minutes. She never examined her, she asked if I had questions and I said yeah I wanted her ears looked at because she had been tugging at it and she said her ears are fine and I was like you didn’t even look in them and she proceeded to quickly look and then said yeah see they’re fine. Horrible bed side manner. Didn’t even say hello when walking in just immediately asked what I was feeding her. Horrible recommendations that go against the American Academy of Pediatrics. The ONLY reason this office is even functioning is because of Tammy Green, she is amazing and caring and thorough. Due to Tammy currently being out of the office I was not able to see her today. I have been going to/following the practice (specifically Tammy) since my oldest was 15 months she is now 5. Today was a reminder of why I specifically only see her. I’m disappointed by how my child was seen today I would say care but I don’t think Hedayati cared about my infant in any way. Don’t waste your time going here unless you’re seeing Tammy she deserves a 5 star review any day. I’m leaving a 1 specifically because of Hedayati who is an MD!!!!!!!!!!!!! She’s lucky they make you rate at least a 1 because I’d give none if I could.

Where to begin, the staff and service had been amazing when they were still located by the water in rockwall. When they moved buildings my kids started seeing dr hedayati and after the first visit with her swore I’d never come back. The visit was for one of my boys for his immunizations (4yrs) and to discuss some behavioral issues and possibility of autism in my other son who was only 2. She said (without any kind of evaluation or testing) “he’s fine he needs to learn to self sooth, you get him mad and let him figure it out”. Directing me to intentionally upset my child and leave him be to figure out how to handle it himself. I was told by the staff at that time and then again recently the son who was 4yrs (now 5, almost 6 in two months) that he was up to date on shots. He starts kindergarten in 3 days and the school nurse notified me we needed his shot records and he needed to be up to date and we haven’t had luck yet finding another pediatrician so I went to schedule for his shots here to get it out of the way since it’s only two months out before he’s due for his 6 year immunizations and they refused and said he wasn’t ready yet and said he’s up to date. I sent the school nurse the records I was given to learn he’s missing two immunizations and one of which was done wrong, and that he can’t start school without them. We called the office again here and she told my husband there’s nothing they can do and to call elsewhere. So not only did they not keep up with his immunizations, preformed them wrong, refused the service requested, they then refused to answer the phone when I called back multiple times. This is place is a joke and I’m currently in the process of filing a formal complaint

I always have a good experience at North Pediatrics. I have been bringing my kids here for the past 5 years and I love how they treat my kids. I love that the office is always clean. Doctors and staff are very friendly. I highly recommend this office for your kids.

We have met with all the providers over our last 1-2+ years going to North Pediatrics with my 3 kids. I have no complaints about the care we have received! I only wish it was easier to get same-day or next-day visits, for when the kids get sick. But it is nice that when we have been seen, that we have never felt rushed when meeting with the providers.

Absolutely love Mrs. Tammy Green she truly loves and cares about all her patients. Sometimes I can't get a a call back but that is normal at most offices. She always goes above and beyond.
