Establishing as a new patient, previously diagnosed with Ménière’s. The doctor never conducted a physical examination of my ears,throat or nose. Sent me for a hearing and pressure test, told me my ear issues were anxiety and to see my regular physician for meds.

I understand that there is quiet a few negative experiences on here. I can only speak on my very recent visit... in a positive manner. I have been needing my tonsils removed for a long time per my old ENT in NY. It was my own fault that I found myself urgently needing to see a ENT Dr. Because my tonsils were so swollen and bleeding. It was probably sheer luck, but I was seen the day after calling. Office staff was super nice. I was seen in a timely manner (it is a Drs office sometimes you need to wait... Manage your expectations). Dr. West super nice, and informed on up to date clinical outcomes procedures etc. I am a patient educator for dialysis patients. Dr. West did not know my profession. He sat down reviewed, educated, and explained everything to me. It's an educators dream come true. Many Drs. Do not take the time out to educate patients, and discuss preventive medicine (although my situation does require surgery to prevent future infections...it's been going on for many years). I was given a new antibiotic. It was ready at my pharmacy when I arrived at the pharmacy. He told me if by tomorrow I don't feel any relief from the new meds to contact the offices on call number, so a new script could be called in right away. He even offered to write me a second alternative script just in case. The scheduler will call me next week. Dr. West is hopeful that I will be able to get my tonsils removed before the New Year. Now complaints about insurance and billing. It is your job as a patient to make sure insurance will cover procedures/medications. While in the waiting room I first hand witnessed a pt. Being told "just pay what you can we understand." They will work with you. With that being said, Drs. Have to pay for their student loans, mal practice insurance, office space, employees benefits, payroll etc. It is not the Drs. Fault if insurance isn't covering treatment...it is your insurance. At the end of the day it is still a business. We do not have socialized medicine, that is not the Drs. Fault. I will recommend Dr. West to family and friends. I am very happy with my treatment.

Dr. Chang is the best doctor! He answered all my questions, set me at ease & recommended what was best for me. If it was not for him, & his persuasive positive attitude, I would have never gone through nasal surgery. Thank you Dr. Chang I can finally smell, breath, and have gone without my inhaler. You saved me from continuing my life in misery & discomfort due to allergies & athsma!!

Made an appointment gave em my insurance and called after two weeks and they said they can’t find my scheduled appointment and don’t have anything till end of August, wish I saw all this all reviews before.

Told y'all 3 times where I wanted my script and still sent it to the wrong place somewhere I've never ever gone. Bad job at listening

Easily the worst doctor's office experience that we've had so far! We booked an 4p appointment with Dr. West for our daughter's sinus issues. We arrived way early for this appointment and finished paperwork - only to be seated outside for the next 1.5 hrs with no communication on when Dr. West can be visited. At 4:45p, Dr. West's family members came along to "visit" him. Finally, upon asking, the receptionist mentioned that "oh, sorry it will take at least another hour till he finishes seeing 3 other patients in front of you". Truly unprofessional and poor customer service.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Young! However, the wait time is ridiculous! Clinic has an opportunity for growth in scheduling!

I’ve never had a single issue with Dr.Lee or his staff. The staff has always been polite, even when they were busy. Dr.Lee and the rest of the staff has made everyone of my sons visits as comfortable for my son as he could. I couldn’t think of better care for my son.

If you have an 8-5 job and looking for allergies shots this isn’t your place the hours are not accommodating

I use to see Dr. West. He was good. But I turned 65 and went on Medicare and United Healthcare as my other insurance. Dr West did not accept my insurance. BUT they told me another Dr did accept my insurance. I made my appointment with the other doctor. NOTE----I PAY MEDICARE $144/MTH PLUS MY OTHER INSURANCE IS $650/MTH. While at the appointment the doctor told me "I am the only doctor that sees CHARITY CASES". I was speechless. I have worked all my life. I AM NOT NOW OR EVER HAVE BEEN A CHARITY CASE. So I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. January 2022 they will not be accepting any Medicare advantage plans .
