This is the WORST place to use for vision. The people that work there are incompetent I am not sure why anyone would hire them. They tell you when glasses will be in and guess what? You never hear from them again we kept calling and guess what? They never processed the order. We gave them 2 chances and they are not getting a third.We have contacted the BBB to make a formal complaint so do yourself a favor DON'T USE THEM!!

The staff here is getto, childish and unprofessional. The customer service sucks. The office smells bad and needs to be cleaned. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.

This is one place that deserves that NOBODY should ever have to go to. I tried to get an appointment scheduled over the phone and the staff is so UNPROFESIONAL and RUDE that I had to go in person just so they could have every excuse why they couldn't get me an appointment. And when I told them they were being unprofessional and rude they just laughed about the situation. Their excuse was that they have children working for them. If I could give a zero star I would! Very dissatisfied!!!
