Dr. Chen was worried about my heart and spent time talking about good diet and walking. He took time to listen to my problems, explained the medications and I had a hart cath through my wrist with a stent. I was worried but it was easy. My chest presure went away and I have more energy. His staff were great too! A++++++++++++

I was accidentally late (20 minutes) for my appointment because I had mistaken the appt time. I drove an hour and a half to get there. The office girl ignored me for 5 minutes. Then when she asked who I was, she left to talk to the doctor, said I was late and he would not see me. Very little respect for patients' time and expense. It was my error to be late, but it was barely late. Inexcusable treatment of a patient. No respect. I will not return.
