First of all, Dr. Bischoff is incredible, both from a medical/surgical perspective and from a "bedside manner" perspective. He is an expert on the robotic radical prostatectomy operation. People literally travel from all over Texas (or further) just to have him operate. Cedar Park Regional is nearly a brand new facility so every aspect of the hospital from the rooms, equipment (Including a state of the art 1 port DaVinci robot), to excellent and compationate nurses and techs is world-class. Even the room internet is fast and the food is surprisingly tasty and nutritious! I strongly recommend them if you need their services.

EVERYONE at this practice failed my mother. Dr. Bischoff who told us her kidney cancer was stage 1 and very slow growing, his PA Diane who brushed off every concern - including lung cancer which is one of the first places kidney cancer spreads too - she made my mom feel ridiculous and told her it was allergies. . His TERRIBLE staff- his scheduler Glenda Weaver, who took 3 weeks to even schedule an appointment for my mother who had stage 1 kidney cancer. When my mom called a few times trying to get an appointment and then missed a call back Glenda Weaver thought she hung up and spoke badly about my mother and it recorded on her voicemail. My mother died 3 months after being diagnosed with stage 1 kidney cancer. This practice does not care about their patients. They even have a disrespectful sign at their check in that says “Some patients bring joy when they come, others when they leave.” Look elsewhere if you want a competent, caring physician and staff.

Dr Bischoff did my prostrate removal 7 weeks ago and it was amazing. He uses the Divinci robot which is great compared to conventional surgery. Dr. Bischoff reads the CT and bone scans himself. I have been with his staff for follow ups (Diane, Martha and Emily) and all are very experienced and have answered all of my questions. I am blown away with their knowledge and answering all my questions. I have never had such a medical staff to advise me. Blessed to find them to help with my prostrate cancer.

I went to Dr Bischoff and he was awesome, put me at ease quickly. I see lots of negative reviews for his staff, but I saw him at the Cedar Park location, and they were phenomenal. I got there 20 minutes before my appointment and was out of there within 30 minutes after my appointment time.

I have kidney disease and he is always available to see me for more mundane things like bladder infections and kidney stones, ureteral blockages. He did surgery on me 5 years ago. He recently referred me to a kidney specialist for more advanced needs. He made the phone call and I was seen immediately! That is a GREAT doctor who will pick up a phone to get a patient advanced care that falls out of his scope of practice.I am a registered nurse and I know several nurses who have worked with him in the operating room & they feel he is an excellent urological surgeon, as I do! I highly recommend him!

Dr. Bischoff is the best doctor we have ever had!!! He treated my husband for prostrate cancer in 2017 and he has provided us phenomenal care ever since. He never makes you feel rushed, always answers all of your questions and he truly cares about his patients (and their spouse). We interviewed other doctors after my husband’s diagnose and hands down Dr. Bischoff was the best choice we could have ever made.
