Dr. Adkins is the best, most caring doctor I’ve ever had. And I think I’m somewhat of a difficult patient. She replies to me via the MyChart app quickly, usually within the same day. Her tech nurse Tanya is such a joy to be around, it doesn’t matter how anxious I am going in she always puts me at ease. As a person with adult onset asthma, I needed to be educated. I’ve had a ton of questions and I’ve never felt like a burden or ignored, like with so many other doctors. I went in after seeing a PCP for asthma symptoms last year and he didn’t treat me correctly. Within 3 days on Dr. Adkins’ treatment I felt like I was starting to turn the corner and after a few months or getting used to avoiding my triggers (which she found via allergy test) I started to breathe normally. I can’t recommend Dr. Adkins enough.Dr. Adkins is the best, most caring doctor I’ve ever had. And I think I’m somewhat of a difficult patient. Grace Tamesis is a much better allergist in Round Rock and with SUPERB bona fides. And is so much cheaper in testing. Gone to both.

Critical: CommunicationMultiple attempts to try to reach Dr Colleen Adkins office for a medication refill for my sons allergy medication and no one will get back to me. He was seen there 6 months ago and is not due to return, but is supposed to continue his medications but the pharmacy indicated they cannot reach her office as well!
