This was my first time with Nikki, and from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and pampered. She greeted me with a warm smile and even offered delicious hot tea to start the experience. The spa itself is stunning—clean, relaxing, and beautifully designed, which immediately set the tone for a luxurious experience. Nikki is incredibly knowledgeable about skincare and took the time to explain every step of the process, making sure I understood exactly what she was doing and why. She also guided me on what would work best for my skin type, which I truly appreciated. This was hands down the BEST facial I’ve ever had. My skin looks and feels amazing! To top it all off, Nikki surprised me with a thoughtful goodie bag to take home, filled with items to help me continue my skincare regimen. That extra touch really made me feel valued and cared for.
