List of Esther De La Torre's Reviews
She is the most wonderful person I’ve ever met she’s very caring and understanding.
Only 3 symptoms per visit allowed. Came with more than 3 symptoms after an accident, she declared she felt overwhelmed, and got suddenly racist about my accent and foreign origin, stating that she doesn't like people from my birth country. I noticed it was time to get another PCM.
I have been to her office three times now and have never had to wait more than 10 minutes. She is awesome and really down to earth. Her staff have always sent whatever I need to my pharmacy right away. At almost 30, I've never had a consistent primary doctor because I've never been happy with their level of treatment, but I finally found one!
She is an excellent Dr .
I originally posted a good review. That was only after one visit. I then went back for a couple more and my good opinion quickly changed.
I've been with Dr. De La Torre for years and she is one of the best Doctor I've ever had.
She is far the BEST i have experienced she listens, an thats the most important. You can go to other doctors explain what's going on and it seems like they didn't hear a word you said. She on the other hand address everything checks everything actually will set you up with xrays and follow ups an not just pull blood work. I love her friendliness patience an professionalism. She gives you peace of mind because you feel like she is on top of your health concerns she has really set the bar for me.
Dr. de la Torre is a good doctor. She did a thorough physical exam/assessment and gave health education very well, unlike with other health care practitioners that, will not teach or educate if not being questioned first by their patients. She discussed very well the treatment plan, in fact, my husband and I learned a lot from her during our first visit. Very caring and with a good sense of humor too.
Would be 0 star if possible. Withholds previous meds; says I don't trust patients. 4got to order lab work we'd discussed, then accused me of lying We'd never discussed that. Lab came back odd, made no effort 4 followup. MRI done by another Dr, results sent to DLT bc she's listed as primary care- never followed up. Requires multiple unnecessary visits- see 2nd sentence. Must go in every month for med refills. Thoughts: doesn't care for patients, cares for money. From Healthcare Worker
Had a urine test 10 days after i ran out of medicine and because my pain medicine was no longer in my system and i supposedly had some kind of headache medicine in my system i was told i could no longer receive my pain treatment there. Waited for at least an hour ever time i went there prior.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
