Over-treats, over-recommends interventions without full discussion with patient. I had breast microcalcifications found in 2015; Dr. Gallagher evaluated my magnification mammogram and recommended a biopsy. Biopsy findings were benign. 2016 and 2017 mammograms were evaluated by other radiologists, no interventions recommended. 2018 mammogram was evaluated by Gallagher; she recommended additional magnification views. I declined. 2019 mammogram evaluated by a different radiologist; no unusual findings and no interventions recommended. While breast cancer is a serious health concern, there is also way too much intervention; patients need to be able to evaluate for themselves the risk/benefit of doing additional radiation and biopsies for "indeterminate" findings, especially after benign pathology reports. I recommend a second opinion for situations like this.
