Dr Bruce is a top notch Dr. I lost touch after he did my first surgury. I returned recently. Makes me wish I'd never left Austin!

Dr. Bruce has been treating my various conditions for 11 years. He was recommended to me, and I will be forever grateful for his knowledge, his bedside manner and his continued treatment. Office staff are always helpful and friendly. I have also been treated by his PA Drew Greene and she is excellent as well. Very attentive and caring.

Dr. Bruce treated me successfully for a bladder problem after one of his colleagues told me “there was nothing more he could do.”

Easy to talk about problems. Listens to patient concerns.

I have been going to this office for some time now. I was scheduled for botox for bladder and my appt got canceled at the last minute b/c Dr Bruce had emergency surgery. I had this appt scheduled for a month or more. Erin called me to reschedule but wanted to reschedule me for the Cedar Park office rather than Round Rock where I was scheduled. I told her that was too far and she asked could she call me back in 10 minutes. She never called. That was Friday. On Monday I left a message early am I left a message and staff said she would send a rush message to Erin. She never called. I called again that afternoon and staff told me message was sent that am and she would send another one. Still no call. Every time they have wanted me to do either PT/ new procedures they have wanted me to go to Cedar Park, which I did on one occasion. Now Vicky told me on Friday if I didn't go to Cedar Park it would be January which is totally unacceptable as I have already waited for an extended period of time. I have attempted to get Erin to return my call as she said she would do with no success. Dr Bruce is absolutely great but I have only seen him on 2 occasions b/c I always get set up with the nurse practitioner . The staff is totally irresponsible. I understand doctors have emergencies they have no control over but I should have to be put back past others who will get their scheduled appts and they should try to work with the patient to work them in some way. Would not recommend this practice to anyone. My gynecologist was the one who referred me there so I was expecting this to be a great experience; not the experience I have gotten.

Urology Austin communication system much less than stellar but Dr. Bruce is totally awesome!

I highly recommend Dr. Bruce for any female incontinence issue. I felt completely comfortable and safe in the facility and with the medical staff. Every precaution was taken for Covid safety and I was treated with professionalism, kindness and respect from everyone I encountered. Dr. Bruce was very thorough in all medical information and explanations. Yes, It took awhile to get to see him and schedule a surgery but it was well worth the wait.

Thank heaven I ditched Dr. Bruce! I went to a competent urologist, who found that I had two cancerous lobes in my prostate. The new doc treated me with High Frequency Ultrasound (HIFU) which eliminated the cancer without invasive surgery. I guess Dr Bruce was happy to let it go until I needed radiation and/or radiology and/or a prostatectomy! This is supposed to be a preventive care practice, but that is not how they approach cancers! Run Toto run!

I had to have repair surgery for bladder and mesh removal. Dr Bruce was professional, compassionate and took the time to help me understand what would be done and what to expect during recovery. I went into surgery absolutely confident in his abilities and am now recovering. He is a great doctor and a great man.
