Howerton Eye (Dr. Hawthorne) referred me to Dr. David Gay at Dr. Sean Paul's practice. I had bilateral ptosis and bilateral u/l blepharoplasty done. The sight has been restored to me that was going and I do not think my gratitude could be expressed enough. This practice is clean, upbeat, professional, and they have skilled people who love what they do to help their patients with their health. My primary care physician Dr. Brimberry is so pleased that I was cared for by this practice. I know I am in the best hands. From consult to payment, and from procedure to follow-ups Dr. Gay and all staff are just wonderful. They listen, explain all you need to do to care for yourself, and ensure you understand all implications of procedures. During covid this office has been incredibly safe and social distancing for safety of all. God bless all the folks Dr. Paul's practice, an God bless Dr. Paul, and Dr. Gay! Thank you!

Dr Sean Paul is an excellent surgeon. I had cancer surgery to my lower eye lid that took out about a quarter size of my skin. Dr Paul did such an amazing job returning my eyelid to looking completely normal. I get complements all the time! Thank you Dr Paul! I recommend you to everyone i know who needs eyelid surgery!

Dr Sean Paul is truly an exceptional physician as well as a humanitarian. He was remarkably kind and comforting, as well as an exceptional healer.So immensely grateful to have been highly recommended to this uniquely brilliant and kind physician. God bless for preventing a young man in their 40's from going blind. Amen.

I believe he did a good job with the actual eyelid surgery, but when I went back to him with a scratched eye that occurred during the surgery or the healing process he was extremely dismissive and did think it was a scratch, but dry eyes. I went to my referring optometrist who put the yellow drop in my eye and he clearly saw the scratch and treated it. Dr Paul continued to argue the occurance of a scratch on my follow up visit and criticized the optometrist' treatment of it. poor follow up skill

I like his surgery expertise but his office is poorly organized. I had an appointment for a post surgical evaluation at 11:00 AM Thursday and I arrived at 10:45 to be certain I was on time. He did not see me until after 12:00 noon which means I waited for one hour. This of course was unacceptable. I cannot refer anyone here unless they are homeless and need an air conditioned office to sit in.
