List of Shane Keller's Reviews
Dr. Keller is Great and I cant say enough great things about him!, His Staff however, has a tendency to say negative things to other providers when they call their office in regards to anything from former patients.
Forget getting an appointment with Dr. Keller. Since he joined Village Medical, all you can do is see one of the Nurse Practitioners who are TERRIBLE. Village Medical makes you come into the office for the smallest of things and the customer service is so poor that now I've found new care elsewhere. RUN from Village Medical.
I love Dr Keller but hate Village medical. I can't ever get in to see him, so each time it's someone different. I just tried to get a refill that was denied without notification from his office. You can't get a hold of anyone in the office anymore, and if you do they don't know you or your history.
Been going to Dr. Shane for years and years. Great man and great knowledgeable doc. I travel now an hour to go see him and I could not care less. He’s been a life saver for me in many ways.
Dr Keller listens and has the broad medical knowledge to suggest solutions to every issue I’ve brought to him. He looks for ways to be of service and accommodates personal preferences. Strongly recommend.
Dr. Keller has been nothing but outstanding every time I’ve seen him. He and his staff make you feel you are the most important person there whether it’s for a check-up or something more serious. Highly recommend.
If you were referred to this doctor because your doctor retired don’t call for an appointment call to pick up your file & go see another doctor. Get your file & leave. Worst experience dealing with this practice!!!!!!
Worst medical related experience in my 50 plus years. My Dr retired and xferred my medical records to Dr Keller. Tried to get an appointment but after 4 calls with no return call was told earliest I could get in would be more than 2 months out. Ok- I then transferred doctors. Tried to get my medical records. After 2 months, Filled out forms, in person visits to their office, and over 10 calls, I still don't have my records. They can't tell me when they will be available, where they are, and they say there will be a charge to pick them up when other patients in my same situation that I know picked their records up for free. Note- I have left bad reviews only 3 times in MY LIFE. If you want a doctor you can't get into see quickly, has no follow- through, and has major administrative problems then Dr Keller is your guy!

After 15 years of using the same Dr, he retired. He sent all his records to Dr Keller’s office. Great referral. I’ve had two interactions with the office staff. Both time they were rude, insensitive, and came right out and told me they’re just holding my records. Then told me it would be 3 months to see anyone. How do you get prescriptions filled ? I’m more pissed at my retired Dr than I am of these insensitive people. This office is full of heartless people. They need to go back to school and relearn office etiquette. I wouldn’t see these people if they were the last medical people on earth.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
