This doctors office is fabulous. I had thyroid cancer so I have to have follow up scans often. I have them right at the same office combined with my appointment. Same day resuls. Fabulous care. Quick efficient service.

Love Dr. Sunny and the entire staff. I have been going there for years and although I have an all-new care team, they are all exceptional from the time I am greeted to check-out! I love TDE!

AVOID CONSULTING DR. YADA. My visit to Dr. Yada regarding weight issues, despite my daily exercise routine and meticulous calorie tracking (1500/day), was disappointing. She prescribed only one lab test but strongly advocated for weight loss medications, overlooking the fact that they are appetite suppressants and I already maintain a low calorie intake. In a subsequent appointment where I sought further advocacy and requested additional tests, she reluctantly agreed to order basic labs but continued to emphasize weight loss drugs, disregarding my concerns. Ultimately, she claimed there was nothing more she could do, despite minimal intervention. To compound matters, I was billed $500 for two essentially fruitless appointments. Left with no recourse, I independently sought a hormone test at a lab, paying out of pocket for the service.

This review is regarding the research section of the location. The coordinators are all friendly, easy to talk to, and show genuine care for individuals as study participants. They take good care to make sure people are a good fit for the studies--so that nothing would be contradictory for their health. The research portion bypasses the front desk; there's a door bell by reception that notifies them that participants are there. I hope I can support their research in the future. They run a top shelf shop.

UPDATE: While I've enjoyed the staff and doctors at this office, I'm not very happy with their cancellation policy. The day before my 1pm appointment, I developed a 103F fever and tested positive for covid19. I called their office around 4:30pm right after testing and left a message requesting to cancel the next days appointment due to symptomatic covid. The next day I received a few phone calls from their office at 7:30am while I was sleeping, someone left a message asking if I'd like to change the appointment to a telemed visit. I didn't check my messages for a few days due to being ill. I ended up being charged a $50 fee since I called and canceled at 21 hours instead of 24 hours before the appointment. While I understand and support having a cancellation policy, I also think there should be some exceptions. Just had my first appointment with this clinic today. It was a great experience. The staff appeared to offer awesome support for the providers, allowing the providers to spend extra time with patients. Dr. Sunny was absolutely perfect. Kind and compassionate with attention to detail. The only issue I had was the clinic requirement for a referral although my health insurance itself does not require referrals. But then again, maybe this prevents a lot of excessive and pointless appointments which allows better quality for patients who do need to be seen by this specialty. Very happy with the quality care this clinic provides.

My visit to Texas Endocrinology was perfect, efficient, speedy, courteous, professional and I will continue to go there and also refer anyone to them. The office staff was friendly, everyone falls into the above sentence.

If zero stars was an option I would choose that. I have tried numerous times to call for a prescription refill. They will not answer the phone or return messages left at various voice mailboxes. The pharmacy has cancelled refill requests twice because they can't get a call back or response from them either. I am moving my care back to my primary physician that referred me to TBE 3 years ago. The service was fine in the beginning but the past year has been terrible. It's not the doctors or PAs, its the management and operations management. They hide behind a phone system that insulates them from their clients. I'm done dealing with it.
