My wife broke her hip in a fall at an assisted living facility. Dr Wilson called me to discuss her situation, perhaps 15 minutes, and then said a partial hip replacement would be best for her. He listened carefully and didn't rush me at all

Don’t plan on getting a return phone call I’m a runner and went to Dr Wilson for foot pain. He diagnosed me with a genetic ankle issue and recommended some inserts on Amazon that I quickly bought. However the description on the box did not match what the doctor said was my condition so I called the company. They confused me further by saying the model I bought for my condition was the wrong one. I called Dr. Wilson’s office and left a voicemail explaining my dilemma and waited for a return phone call. Over a month-long period I left multiple voicemails and messages with receptionists and assistants, none of whose had an answer but the doctor would not call me back. He stated that I needed to schedule another appointment to answer a two-minute question which I finally did. And it it literally took two minutes. Then he charged my insurance company $267. I refused to pay the copay at the time of the visit but guess what I just received a bill for in the mail? I rarely call doctors but when I have they have responded in a reasonable fashion. Dr Wilson can’t be bothered.
