I entered and was immediately greeted and checked in. There was no long wait, taken into the room and nurse was great. The doctor came in soon, very professional. I will be returning for a yearly exam, great place!
Great service.
Dr. Nicole Petro gave me my life back. I had a complex case and she really made it her mission to diagnose and treat me accurately. Nothing was prescribed just for the sake of throwing around medicine. She made sure I understood what was going on and why she recommended the treatments she did. Under her supervision I healed. She is absolutely a godsend.
Very nice staff my first visited there. They treated me very well. I appreciate that.
They were very efficient and organized. Michelle and Nicole the PA were very nice and knowledgeable.
Very short wait time. Nicole Petro was thorough with my full body scan. Staff is pleasant and efficient. I recommend Tru-Skin dermatology.
First appointment yesterday, the staff was amazing, didn’t wait to be seen, everything was great.
Honestly, I'm on the fence leaving this review. My experience wasn't necessarily bad whatsoever. However, I just felt like I wasn't heard at all. My acne is very mild, but it's constant. I have never been to a dermatologist, but it felt like they just kind of threw samples at me and didn't explain anything. I mentioned a spot that had been there for a while (going on probably a year now) but they said it just looked a bit irritated and is healing. I took the samples home and used them. I ran out of the moisturizer within 4 days so I couldn't really gauge if it was working on such a short timeframe. I let them know my pharmacy has to be Costco because my husband has us on his insurance through them. They sent it to their pharmacy instead because it "usually is cheaper". I got the text for pickup and it said $90 for one month supply of ONE of the topicals. I cannot justify paying that, especially since I wasn't sure if it was even working. I accidentally used the retionol two days in a row and got this dry, blistery, sensitive and burning patch on my face. I didn't even know it was a retionol... Doesn't say it on the tube. I just wish they had taken the time with me, touched my skin at all, and not just thrown medicine at me.
We have a place in Austin and also here in Forest Creek and had heard good things. Came in the first time today and were both thoroughly impressed with the doctor and staff. Feeling so fortunate we have found such an exceptional dermatologist in Round Rock.
Dr. Robbins is very nice and knowledgeable. Sometimes a little too knowledgeable using big important medical terms instead of dumbing it down for me. The reason for a two star review is that no one around there answers phone calls or returns calls. I’ve left messages and asked for call backs when the queue is too long. Nothing gets returned to me. I’ll try one more time then it’s just going to be easier to go somewhere else.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
