We went because my son has a ear infection. We got there because we could find any other doctor. This place was the only one available. He wasn’t a doctor, he was a nurse practitioner, which was fine if he gave us the right treatment for my son. He said it was a outside of the ear infection and he only gave us ear drops. By night my so he was in a lot of pain and he started with the other ear too. Now we have to go to a real doctor and pay double because this person didn’t do his job.

This place was a waste of time and money. Even 1.5 hours after my checkin time, I hadn't seen a doctor and could not be given any time frame on when a doctor would show up, as still 2 more patients also queued up waiting. The staff need to be more honest about wait times. Also, they lacked the equipment to take images so said I'd need to go to an ER anyways. What they neglected to tell me is only one ER in Austin has kid image machine so I went to the wrong one and wasted even more time. I specifically told them which one I was going to and whether it mattered. Since they specialize in kids they should know what ER hospitals specialize in kids. We didn't see a doctor here, I would like a refund as this place just wasted time and gave wrong info on area ERs.

This is our go-to urgent care for the kids. The staff is always professional and very helpful! Would recommend to anyone seeking urgent care.

Absolutely worst non care I have received. Not only was their billing not up to date, because they took their time to call billing to sort it out, they took us back late from our appointment time, then after 35 min, we had yet to see anyone. We decided to leave because we didn’t have an additional hour to wait, and the lack of care from the nurse and front staff was obvious. I understand burn out, but if you have no care then you probably shouldn’t work in health care.
