With the new change. They lost staff. No one to take images. Paid copay for nothing. Waste of time and money. I should have been told no images could be done over the phone when they ask about symptoms. They sure didn't hesitate to ask to check for Covid or flu. Nope do test on my own if I feel it's needed.

Showed up Sunday morning right as they opened. Everyone was professional and polite. They had me fill out some basic forms and then got me right back to an exam room and saw me very quickly. Quickly identified what was necessary. I got a shot and a prescription and I was on my way. It's now about 8 hours later, and I feel so much better than when I was there. Thanks for being there Y'all are doing a great job.

Very timely when it comes to contact via email, call and txt. Also they make instructions very clear and easy to understand, if followed it makes your visit fast and timely.

I went here for what I thought was a broken ankle. They told me here that it was broken. I went to my ankle surgeon and took the X-rays they took. The X-rays were so blurry there was no way you could see if my ankle was broken. The doc here said I would probably need a cast. My ankle surgeon actually laughed when I told him they said it was broken. He said "This is a classic ankle sprain". Don't go here because they do not know what hell they are doing. The doctor Philips cannot be a decent doctor because he obviously can't even tell a blurry X-ray needs to be redone to diagnose someone. Be very afraid if you go here. Don't advise at all

Warning... they have changed ownership and even if your insurance has a copay they will charge you more! They wanted to charge me $180 instead of my normal $35. I left and went to Texas Breeze in Wylie with no problem. They are saying it's my insurance policy, but that is not true it is them!
