Dr Casteel is amazing! I just had my first procedure and she did awesome, she listens and knows what she's doing. I would do it again, hands down. Highly recommend her!

Posting on behalf of my father, who was seen today as a new patient. I have been desperately trying to find a podiatrist that took my fathers insurance, as he is on disability, and is under 65. When I called to schedule, whoever answered the phone was extremely helpful. I wish I would have gotten her name. She checked my dads insurance, and was able to get him in within a week, which is very good in my opinion. I wasn’t able to attend the appt, due to the pandemic restrictions in doctors offices, but my dad told me that the entire staff was so helpful. He then told me that Dr. Casteel was so nice, and professional, and she was able to take care of his issue right away. I am a medical assistant for a busy Colorectal surgeon, so I am very well aware of how patient care should be, and it starts the moment a patient calls. Thank you Dr. Casteel, and your staff for providing quality patient care.

She gets the job done!

Dr. Casteel is a horrible and selfish scammer of a business woman. I came to her for a sever ankle sprain. She took examined it and diagnosed me as just a sprain, then cucially instructed me to remain off of it for 4 weeks. She insisted it was extremely critical that I return to see her after 4 weeks so that she could examine and determine what to enext. Upon return she saw that there was no improvement, however she told me there was nothing she could do but to order an MRI. For what seriously? Charge me and my insurance company, vast amounts of money just because she can, knowing it would not be a service for the patient! If she was a doctor acting in good faith, she should had told me during the fist visit, that a second visit would not be necessary since she would not be able to do anything more, other then recommend I allow my body to naturally take it's course in healing. What a scammer.

Just Left Dr. Casteels , office was not allowed to go into office for appointment because I did not have a mask. News flash for you liberals It may be a precaution and it may and I emphasis it may help from getting corona virus. But let me give some advise it is like a mosquito flying thru a chain link fence. bottom line if your going to get the virus your going to get it the mask will not stop it especially the masks that you all are wearing and simply put you are all listening to much to the media. I check tempatures to over 300 amigos and I still have not gotten it for the last 6 months. I am healthy but you wont get my business again, I will simply heal myself with assburn thanks for your liberal attitude girl at the front office who was wearing her mask over her mouth but left here nose exposed.

I fractured my toe on a door frame, took my own radiographs, and purchased a boot online. I made an appointment here and with the radiographs they took, they weren't able to see a fracture at all. I pulled up the radiographs in my phone, which I showed to the Doctor who saw me, and was told I was doing everything right. I scheduled a recheck but had to reschedule, which I did. Due to being an essential worker, Licensed Veterinary Technician, during the COVID-19 outbreak, I failed to remember what date I rescheduled my appointment and was not able to get a day off due to Covid scares at my job. I never received a confirmation call about my appointment in March, but did receive a bill in July, a $25 bill for missing my appointment. I called to speak to Gerald, but spoke to a female receptionist instead. She basically told me it was my fault for not remembering when I scheduled my appointment. I had to step back and realize I did all the work and I'm doing fine, I mean they didnt even call to check on me. Unfortunately I called and paid my bill as I heard laughter in the background from said female, because I did pay the no show bill. I guess this is what I get for dealing with my own people....

I have been with this Dr and her staff for over 3 years. Dr Casteel is a no nonsense Dr that shots stright. Her staff has made me feel confortable with every step and thru 2 surgery's. I thank goodness for her and her beautiful staff.
