VETERANS BEWARE!!! IF YOUR VISIT IS A REFERRAL FROM COMMUNITY CARE, THIS CLINIC WILL NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THE DATES THAT THE REFERRAL IS ACTIVE. THEY WILL LET THE REFERRAL EXPIRE, SCHEDULE YOU FOR A VISIT THEN CHARGE YOU FOR THE VISIT. THEY CLAIM IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING SURE THE REFERRAL FROM VA COMMUNITY CARE WHEN IT IS THEIRS!!! ACCORDING TO THE DALLAS VA COMMUNITY CARE OFFICE, THE PROVIDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SURE THE REFERRALS ARE ACTIVE AND CURRENT, NOT THE PATIENT. VETERANS DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

If the phone call with scheduling an appointment is rude and they cut the patient off without listening. Then the visit will not be much better.

First time visit,front desk staff and nurses very nice and kind.De ordered a MRI and physical therapy..we will have to see if I can get some relief... progress in the making,NP called me like she had said I have injection scheduled and looking forward to some relief, Karen is a very kind lady, office staff called and set up office appointment..Good things are to come,and hopefully I'll be able to rest thru the night soon..

Good experience. Office staff so nice. The entire facility is spotlessly clean. Medical staff are easy to talk to. I am hard of hearing and had a bit of a problem understanding Dr. Vattam but assistant helped me along. Very patient. I trust this doctor and his staff.

Amber was amazing at getting my husband (a recent amputee) a next day appointment to help us manage his pain. She was kind, empathetic, and went above and beyond to make sure the process was stress free. We then saw the doctor and that was also a great experience. We were educated on the mediciations available, they were respectful of his family history of addiction, and adjusted the plan accordingly. My husband has been able to rest now that he can focus on healing and not be in constant pain.
