I was seeing Dr. Vattam for moderate to severe spine pain. Dr. Vattam seen me the first time and went over all my medical documents and tests. Because I have a lot going on with my health including Lupus, POTS, Osteoporosis and Rheumatoid Arthritis I haven't found a surgeon that wants to touch me so obviously pain meds are next step. Dr. Vattam gave me enough pain meds that it caused my life quality to be a little better. then, we have Kesha the NP! I saw her in the Greenville and Rowlett office thereafter. First off, she can be rude as hell! Secondly, she immediately cut my meds down so I was still in pretty bad pain. she always has a chip on her shoulder. I've never, ever asked for any meds early, never took anything i wasn't supposed to yet one day she obviously was in a bad mood and I truly believe she took it out on me. She took me down even lower on the pain meds even though I spoke up and asked why why why? She said in her profession most middle aged white women are addicted to prescriptions which I find as a racist remark. After that, she and I did not get along and she wasn't helping me. instead, pushing me to have more injections and I also had a surgery where they place cadaver parts into the spine hoping it will regenerate. I've had hundreds of injections and I believe they have ruined my spine even worse than it already was. Everything has failed me procedure and injection wise. Kesha dismissed me after I sent an online note to Dr. Vattam because she was awful about sending over the prescriptions. I also found out from another pain doctor that she labeled me as drug seeking in my chart. I'm far from an addict of anything. I do have PTSD and must take antidepressants and an anxiety medication but as I told every doctor I've ever been to, I take them as I'm supposed to and never ever close together with a pain med. So, because of the note I sent to Dr. Vattam she dismissed me. This office is like every other as far as they do not prescribe correctly to chronic moderate severe pain. they throw up oh, the DEA will come after us. Not unless you are overprescribing or doing bad things. I have a notebook of medical documentation of all my spine problems and I feel like Kesha stepped over patient/doctor boundaries by NOT treating me correctly and in a caring manner. Honestly, I'm glad to be rid of that office! I do indeed need major spinal surgery and found a great, understanding doctor that read all my stuff and tests and found a tumor in my spine! Don't go to this office! If Kesha treats you then you will get lousy service!
very sadly disappointed my 92 yr old mother had an appointment today 😞 I spoke with a young later 2 days before the appointment i was confirming the address and letting know I was trying to sign the paperwork couldn't she told it had to be done via email I told her I didn't get an email so she said she will email it to me. I looked all over and could not find it so I went to the appointment early so I can complete the form before the 9am appointment. me and my 92 yr old mom got . my mom was in pain and needed this appointment and the very rude and disrespectful lady told us my mom couldn't see the Dr unless that form was completed 😒 very rude and short 😔 if you as a Dr having a rude person as your front line that says alot about you and your business.... will not going or recommending anyone2you... very rude lady..!!!
Please know before going here…… there are good doctors & nurses out there who listen & communicate. If you want that….. don’t go here.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
