This is the most incompetent practice I have ever been "treated" in. - First appt was 3 hours total in length (mostly waiting and being shifted around between staff). Finally saw the doctor a total of 5 min AT THE SAME TIME my blood was being drawn IN THE LAB. - LONG hold times when you call in. - I had to fight for my prescriptions/refills for DAYS. - 5 days for a return phone call from nurses after calling repetitively. - I'm diabetic and they would not refill prescriptions in a timely manner or call me back and allowed them to run out. For DIABETES medication! TERRIBLE CARE!!!!!
This is the worst experience I've had with a medical practice EVER. - First appt was 3 hours total in length (mostly waiting and being shifted around between staff). This is the worst office I have worked with in my adult life. You can spend your life on hold for a refill request. They are only here to bill you and your insurance. Care is apathetic at best. My favorite moment was when Gangi told my husband he can just put in a refill request online. From where? There is no place on their website to place such request and if you click on the "Patient Portal" ...
Staff (receptionist and accountant) is unprofessional and not knowledgeable. I saw Dr Gangi and she's good but the staff is horrible
I like it because you have very nice receptionist nurses and my doctor Gary
horrible experience!!! the staff or her assistant wasn't concerned at all with the patients well being, horrible customer service, will never visit the Mesquite location ever again same bad reviews from years ago is still same today
Front office person is very abrupt and rude. The wait to see doc was way too long. The doctor did not impress me with her bedside manner....very abrupt as well. I was told to call the office 5 days after I had my labs done. After numerous phone calls, no success. I did leave a message requesting them in the portal and after 12 days finally received them. The lab person was very kind and congenial. That was about the only thing that impressed me. There was nothing else here that prompts me to want to return.
OMG her office is horrible, I could not even set an appointment they hung up on me, painful hold system.
Dr Gangi is very professional and she has helped my family through dedicated time and efforts , conquering diabetes with innovative approaches of intermittent fasting & life style modifications making it seamless and effortless. I cannot thank her enough for helping us make life long impact on our health. I highly recommend her .She is very knowledgable and kind, truly worthy of the all the great respect she has earned in medical world
Excellent professional care! Dr Gangi is not just very knowledgeable in her field but also is a kind and compassionate physician. She is the best!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
