I first attended the Sachse location in 2021 and was assigned to Jean. Jean helped to return me to normal activities with no further knee pain. I returned this year for therapy on my shoulder after surgery. Again, I was blessed to be assigned to Jean again and I am very grateful. Jean and the staff are super knowledgeable, kind, friendly and genuinely care about the patient’s progress. I HIGHLY recommend this facility, it is clean, the staff super friendly and very accommodating.

I was recently diagnosed with endo and had surgery in May 2022, but post surgery I still had much pelvic pain and was referred to Chandni. Let me tell you, my life has changed for the better. She helped me strengthen my abdomen and pelvic floor. I have also done dilator therapy to help with my pelvis pain/pressure. I started at size 1, which for me was so painful, and I thought I’d never get out of size 1. Now I’m on size 6! Chandni has been patient and determined to help me, she is extremely informative and I have learned so much more on my condition and how to help maintain my progress. Therapy did take time but it worked and was worth it. Also everyone there is really sweet. I love the environment! 🤗 🏻

I saw Chandni for a few months for hip and lower back pain. She showed me how to do lots of different exercises to strengthen my weak hips! I’m also a few months pregnant and she gave some helpful tips for 3rd trimester & I will be back postpartum to see her!

I highly recommend Chandni she knew exactly what I needed, taught me how to exercise correctly , sent me home with exercises I could continue at home.

I have been going for pelvic floor therapy because I had a pretty rough labor… Chandni was not only a great therapist but she became a friend. Therapy after therapy I was seeing the results! My body began feeling normal again and I can say my recovery after birthing my son through a C-session has been great because of the therapy I’ve gotten here. Totally recommended!

I had plantar fasciitis could not even walk went to aAthletico the physical therapist helped me get my feet strong and reduced the pain. They are nice and professional and i m leaving today with no pain great place for therapy

I started pelvic floor therapy with Chandni a few weeks ago. It has been the best decision while pregnant with my third baby. I was weak and my back, pelvis, hip hurt a ton. I had lots of leg cramps and overall felt like my body had taking a toll with this pregnancy. I feel a thousand times better, stronger and very ready for labor! Chandni challenged me every time we met, made me work on every area of my body to make me stronger. She’s knowledgeable and very friendly. If you are thinking about booking an appointment, just do it! You won’t regret trusting Chandni with your care and recovery.

Great place. Love the therapist & office staff. If you are in need of physical therapy, this is the place. I also noticed they are very kind & patient with elderly patients. They get 5 stars from me!
