Please do not visit this place for your emergent needs!!! We walked in today and were quickly told that they were no longer under the umbrella of “MedPost”. So I tried to continue with my need with needed care and the lady at the front desk kept finding excuses or indicating this and that. It was very frustrating and so unhelpful to even deal with this person. I walked away and went to NiteHawk My daughter later said that she had called earlier in the day to give consent and let them know I was coming. Do not waste your time

If I could give a negative review, I would. DO NOT GO HERE! They do not care about patients they are only out for money. I called to make sure they did the service I needed and was told absolutely, just come in and we will get you taken care of. However, after arriving and paying my co-pay, when they called me back I was told no one could go back with me, (one person my husband), really the patient can't have 1 support person with them??? (first RED flag). Then the nurse who took me back was very rude and and acted like I was a waste of her time. Then the DR. came in took a quick look, maybe like 2 seconds, and stated we can't do that( the exact thing I ask if they did on the phone before coming) you will need an ENT or go to ER if this continues. Really??? I called knowing exactly what I needed and was told oh yes we can do that!! NO THAT'S A LIE!!!!! I was told I would not be charged my co-pay as they were unable to treat me and yet they charged and when I called for a manager, I was told she would call me back as she was on vacation and would return the following week. Well, 3 1/2 weeks later NO PHONE CALL. NO REFUND for the amount they say would not be charged to begin with, and now I getting the runaround. , They lie about the services they provide, steal money after stating you won't be charged, and avoid contacting you when you request a manager. This is the worst place, I would die before stepping foot into this place ever.
