From the moment you walk in you’re greeted with happy and caring faces! They were very efficient in their methods of patient care and quality! Dr. Cara and Preslea did an amazing job making me feel comfortable while I’ve always had bad experiences! But Dr. Cara, Preslea did an outstanding job and now have a great plan on restoring my smile and teeth back to where I’d love them to be! What a great team!

"I had an excellent experience with Jason Burkhart and Ben Ballard the denture team at Ballard Family Dentistry in Saginaw. As a new denture patient, I was really nervous about the process, but from the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel comfortable and at ease. Jason took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. The fitting was quick and painless, and I’m so happy with how my dentures look and feel. They fit perfectly, and I can eat, talk, and smile with confidence again. I highly recommend this office to anyone considering dentures – the care and attention to detail are outstanding!"

I went in yesterday for my first cleaning in 12 years. I have a really bad fear of going to the dentist due to trauma in high school . I just want to thank Dr. Nataly and my hygienist Bilma for being so sweet, patient and very informative. This office provided me with an oral sedation that helped ease me so much. When I arrived I remember Dr. Nataly coming briefly to say hello, I really appreciated that. Dr. Nataly put a treatment plan together for me, and I’m excited to go back already and fully gain my confidence back to smile. Thank you Ballard dentistry staff, Bilma and Dr. Nataly

I have not been to the dentist in over 25 years and had to go in for a growing issue with my gums. Bilma was AMAZING!! She made me feel very welcomed and took all the time I needed to discuss my childish “fears” she went through the reasons that have kept me from coming and asked what she could do to make it a more pleasurable experience. Her attitude and caring personality made all the difference for me. Dr Wang was just as informative and kinda as well. If these two ladies are an indication of the staff I won’t mind coming there at all. Oh.. I don’t wanna forget Katie with billing/insurance. She walked me through everything and made sure I was good with the cost side of my dental plan. Great experience all around.
