I wanted to share some concerns following my most recent visit to Ballard. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. First, my medical history and medication information were discussed in an open area near the checkout desk, where other patients could easily overhear. This setup does not provide the level of privacy and confidentiality one would reasonably expect in a healthcare setting. Additionally, during my cleaning, the hygienist repeatedly sang and hummed along with the radio. While I appreciate a relaxed environment, this behavior felt unprofessional and detracted from the overall experience. Finally, I’ve noticed that each visit brings a new dentist, which makes it difficult to establish continuity of care. The frequent staff turnover is concerning and impacts my confidence in the practice’s long-term care model.

First time with Dr. Natalie and Brenda. Dr. Natalie was great! I thought Brenda did an amazing job. She was professional, thorough, efficient, respectful and excellent at her job. It was honestly the best cleaning experience I've had. Thank you, Brenda!

Nancy at Ballard Family Dentistry was great! She was very helpful in explaining the process before as well as after care. I will definitely be returning! All the staff there are kind and friendly which is very much appreciated!
