Alan Larsen's Online Review Report Card

very unhelpful staff, I was referred to another specialist by them. but they they refused to send my referral request to my insurance company, they said "its not their job"

I had an appointment at 1:30. I made the mistake of going to the restroom about 2:05. While walking back to reception I noticed they were taking a young lady back to exam room. She had gotten there after me. I left telling them why. I made the mistake of making the appointment in the first place. The last time I was there I sat in the waiting room an hour. The Dr appolgized for the wait. I will find another doctor

Dr. Larsen was an hour and ten minutes late to the appointment. Never apologized for it. Then they charged my 215 dollars OVER my insurance for fittings and extras on my daughter's glasses. Ridiculous!!!

I must say this was the most expensive total waste of my time I have ever experienced. Not sure if his equipment needs calibrating or if the prescription was written or filled incorrectly but after 4 trips I gave up. It was an unpleasant experience and I finally gave up and have no year supply of contacts I paid for and a pair of glasses I can't use. What a horrible experience.

Dr. Larson and his staff are wonderful! I use them for my glasses, contacts, and even my safety glasses.

Dr.Larsen is the sweetest and he's very professional and helpful. He will forever be my optometrist, and now my daughters as well, she's 6 and just had her first exam with him and we found out she needs glasses! We love Dr.Larsen ???

Dr. Larsen has a great staff now. When I come in they greet me as soon as I walk through the door. Did have to wait a little (about 20 min), but with several other people office it wasn't hard to see why. Dr. Larsen is always helpful with the questions I have, and his staff is very patient and nice. Will be back to see him again next year and will be recommending him.

Great Staff and Great Doctor! This is my second year going to see Dr. Larsen and they do not disappoint. Hard to get someone on the phone, but what busy doctor's office isn't hard to get ahold of? They returned my calls in a timely manner and were always willing to answer all my questions. We will be back, and I will be recommending him to everyone.

Awful front desk. They don't answer the phon. The insurance girl is completely disorganized and acted like she didn't have the time or even wanted to explain my benifits to me. The doctors assistant was the only nice employee. Dr. Larsen didn't even explain my exam/results to me, he was in and out in 5 minutes. Horrible staff in the glasses department. The lady who helped me didn't do a dang thing I had to look all by myself. Then she wrote up the prices which was a HUGE surprise in the end.

Dirty equipment , broken equipment, long wait, called 2 weeks after eye appt to see if glasses were ready and their mailbox is full! Just praying they get the prescription right this time because we came back to give them one more chance ! Dr. Larsen is very nice and knowledgeable, the staff are polite but they always seem to have a problem getting glasses in when they say they will be in . I think they over promise and can't keep up?
