My Experience with Dr. Michael Boyd was beyond expectations. He preformed a robot assisted colectomy, which I was amazed at how well the procedure went and beyond that the ease of recovery afterward. Dr. Boyd and his staff were some of the most helpful and caring medical personnel I have encountered. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a general surgeon to contact his office

Well first off id like to say Dr. Michael Boyd did my gallbladder removal Nov 2020, well it went great!! So i also learned he does the Gastric Sleeve, well i couldnt be more happy with the results not only did Dr. Boyd fix my hietal hernia but also did my sleeve at the same time, let me just tell you he cares about his patients & his whole team are awesome!!! I highly recommend him for your surgery needs. Also Dr. Boyd is down to earth and very professional to him we arent just a number or paycheck he actually cares about peoples wellbeing.. if you are looking into the Gastric Sleeve, trust me you want Dr. Boyd!!! Dr. Boyd even visits you in the hospital afterwards to check on you. I like that they dont rush you through anything, and take their time because we matter.

Dr.Boys is truly one of the most caring and kind people I have ever met and to top it off he's also the best Dr/Surgeon I ever met, he truly cares about his patients and so does his staff, I want to thank each and everyone one of his staff that helped me during my surgery and recovery!! I will always recommend him to all of my family and friends especially from the Midland/Odessa area because those hospitals have gone down the drain, I promise if you make the short drive to see this man and his team it'll be wort it, thank you again to Dr.Boyd and team for all that you do!!!Sincerely,Brian Carrasco.

I had been experiencing severe pain for several months. It was debilitating. During my first appointment with Dr. Boyd I explained to him how much pain I was in and asked if he could treat me as soon as he could. Two days later I was recovering from my procedure. It has been amazing living without any pain. Dr. Boyd took the time to listen and genuinely cared about my concerns. He demonstrated a sense of urgency and treated my symptoms. I’m retired military and have seen many doctors in my time. Dr. Boyd and his staff provided the best medical care I have ever experienced. Words cannot express my gratitude to Dr. Boyd and his staff. We are blessed to have Dr. Boyd in San Angelo.

What started as a simple gallbladder removal surgery turned into a 2-hour more difficult surgery. Turns out I had abdominal adhesions on my gallbladder that complicated the process. The surgery wound up taking more than 2 hours. The good side of this is that I had such wonderful and professional treatment at the Williams Center day surgery, Shannon South! I want to thank Dr Boyd, nurses Hailey, Pat, and Labelle! There were others that I was too groggy to remember their names but I am just as thankful for their kind and patient care! They were all experts at keeping me as comfortable as possible. Thank God for these health care professionals!

Dr. Boyd is a great surgeon. He takes the time to explain the entire process with his patients. His staff is 5 star also! I would recommend Dr. Boyd to everyone!

This man is amazing. I had a colectomy and I am a very nervous patient that has zero pain tolerance. Between his chosen diet plan for me and Dr. Thomas’ not only did they fix me and remove my abscess but I lost over 49 lbs do fat. I can’t wait till I can go back to full active duty at work but I am also not going to rush if the doctor tells me not too. He explained everything even drew pictures to show exactly what he was going to do. I couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon/man to save my life (so to speak).
