I'm not satisfied at all. She talks fast. Claims she'll do what you request and doesn't keep her word. Ive also been waiting 2 weeks for medication because they forgot about sending it apparently. Poor service. And she talks too fast and had you out the office in 3 minutes. I'm definitely not going to continue services with her after my December appointment.Ladies if you have a previous obgyn stick with them and don't feel obligated to limit yourself to Shannon's doctors.I'll be sticking with my first pregnancy doctor in San Antonio.

DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR. MY SISTER HAS USED HER AND HAS A CYST THAT MAKES HER BLEED OUT AND WHEN SHE CALLS TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS THE DOCTOR HAS NEVER CALLED HER BACK. YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING TO THE ER AND SPENDING $600.

I don't think she did her best when I had my baby. I was laid up all day and had way too many complications. Not to mention she walked around like she had a ball and chain attached to her ankles. I had my daughter at 8, and I didn't get to see her until midnight

...if you ever schedule an appointment expect to be in weighting room for an hour. I feel like every time I have an appointment it becomes an all day thing.

Literally, THE BEST DOCTOR! She is thorough, wise, and caring all at the same time. She celebrates with you in the good, and her heart breaks with yours in the not so good moments. She thinks through each decision and puts her whole self into her patient care. I would chose Dr. Carrizales a thousand times over. When you are a patient, your family is her family. I trust every decision she makes for my babies and me.
