Don't return your calls or answer your texts, sometimes don't come when they say they're going to; didn't think they were very professional.

TL:DR - Under new management. Rushed visits, paperwork done without talking to patients. They recently changed management and staff. This change came with new nurses, as many left when they implemented the new pay system for their nurses. They are currently paid by the patient visit. The new nurses are now in a rush to leave. Quickly doing prep and not going through the necessary procedure when working with you. There are questions that have to be answered when a visit is performed, many nurses do not do this anymore and answer themselves. Choosing to skip asking the patient. The only nurses who took their job seriously was Sam.

I dealt with Jeff Hart for Home PT following hip revision surgery. Jeff was great throughout my rehab. I've had numerous ortho surgeries in the past, so I've come to appreciate top quality PT. Jeff was as focused as I was on not only rehabbing from the surgery but addressing issues with gait caused by years of working around the deteriorating hip condition . I rate Jeff 5 STARS only because 10 STARS isn't available!

I am at home recovering from sepsis and foot surgery since the first visit from the RN Jessica Titman I knew I was in good hands Jessica spent a lot of time with all the education and even explained it in terms that I could understand and with the help of all their nurses I know I will stay out of the hospital I would definitely be recommending Embrace to others

From the point of contact making my first appointment to my PT Michelle, I cannot say enough good things about them. Michelle was always on time, always communicating when my next appointment was, and working within my time frame. She was a wealth of knowledge and wise beyond her years. From the first time, we got a long great, and it was more like a friend coming over than a therapist coming to torture me! I used to dread PT after my surgeries, not anymore. I have already recommended Embrace, and specifically Michelle to a friend that is fixing to have knee surgery. I really cannot express how happy I was with her. 5 stars all the way!

It WAS a 5 star a few weeks ago when we had an amazing nurse! She cared and she came over when she was needed. But the nurse we had after her replacement was HORRIBLE!! We called Saturday several times and she refused to check on my mom who was NEEDING to be seen, she refused to see her. Again, Sunday I called again… SEVERAL times and again.. REFUSED! Not but 6 hours later, my mom passed away.

If you care about your loved one find a facility that’s available 24hrs a day including weekends. A truly good one is available 24hrs a day because anything could happen at anytime and a true HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL knows that and is available. This company was assigned to my family member to change dressing DAILY to prevent infection and when infection started to occur he hung up the phone stating they are not open on weekends. Had to go to the emergency room due to the infection and If the limb is lost will IMMEDIATELY be seeking legal action due to not only the Medicare fraud but the neglect of this service. How can a company have 24hr intake if they are closed on the weekends? Why offer 24hr Intake but only care for people on weekdays? What kind of company hangs up on people in NEED OF CARE?! None of the numbers on the site connect to a healthcare professional just an answering service who can “Take a message.” while wounds that were suppose to be cleaned fester and swell!

Nurses in Touch came highly recommended and they were that and much more. My husband was in hospice for three weeks before he passed away. They walked us thru each phase and helped us deal with it in the most compassionate way and the most dignified for him. I have nothing but the highest praise for all their staff.

NIT Home Health provided care for my mother and the care was awesome. The nurses made her feel like they cared. They were very professional and loving. I recommend them highly.
