Adrianne D Vaughn Md's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Adrianne Vaughn is incredible. I have never met a doctor that spends so much time with a patient and wants only to see the patient improve in their health. I have been struggling with allergies for a while and the first time I met her she helped me figure out things that could be wrong. We spoke for a long time and she provided the right treatment that made a world of difference. After 2 weeks she called to check up on me and I saw her once more to see what we needed to change with my treatment. She is kind, considerate, and anxious to help her patients get through their troubles. I cannot express how much you need Dr. Vaughn in your life. She is wonderful and I am so happy I met her. I am able to function with allergies thanks to her.

Whenever a concern, she has been there for me. I am so very grateful for the care she has provided over these many years. My thanks. Forever and always.

I suffered from allergies and “cedar fever” most of my life. I had allergy testing on my very first appt. I was very impressed with efficiency. I’m now allergy free.

This is the worst clinic ever! The ladies on the phone think they are the doctor and think they can talk toyou in a rude and disrespectful way, I was scream at, I was trying to explain something and she just cut me off and shut me off. I scheduled my daughter’s appointment like 2 weeks ago and I have written down it was on Monday 27th I called to confirm the time and I was told that no, the appointment was yesterday and that they have a zero tolerance for no showing, she even told me that I was supposed to get a text message and an email to remind me and I didn’t! This is the very first time this happens to me, I just needed the prescription for my daughter’s epi pen I wouldn’t be jocking about something so serious like my daughter’s life! And she said that I messed up and I jeopardized my daughter’s life for not taking her to the appointment!? Seriously??? This is a complete misunderstanding and treating people like this is not fair! I asked to talk to the doctor and she immediately said no (screaming at me). I was denied healthcare by them, I was denied talking to my daughter’s doctor because of this lady, I was denied an appointment by this lady. Worst experience ever, don’t ever come near or you’ll be screamed at, when this was clearly their fault by giving an incorrect date not mine!! I asked respectfully and then she simply hung up on me. I asked her name and she just hung up, seems reasonable because they messed up!

Dr. Adrienne and Dr. Michael Vaughn have worked with me for years with allergy, asthma, & immunological issues. They work directly with my other doctors, actively communicating to give me the best wraparound care I could ask for. My son is also a patient, and I will continue to recommend them to family, friends, or community members. They have gone and continue to go above and beyond to help me and my family.

My first appt. with Dr. Adrianne was the best doctor visit in recent memory-maybe ever. She is a calm and attentive listener. Everything on my list I wanted to accomplish during my visit was addressed. My meds were changed to something more effective and with coupons and vouchers, (neatly paper clipped to each Rx) I only had to pay for one, and it was a small copay, saving me hundreds of $'s for 2018 over what I had been using for years. They can provide the best deal on OTC allergy and reflux meds. No heavy up-sell on allergy shots which of course are available. I highly recommend giving them a try if you need a fresh start with a new allergist. I've been to the rest now I'm with the best. Thank you, Dr. Adrianne!

I have loved Dr Adrienne Vaughn but was just treated so poorly by one of her office staff, also named Adrienne. I called the after hours urgent # on Sunday --was having a severe allergic reaction, possibly to my Xolair injection. No one has yet to call me back and today is Tuesday at 4:16 pm. Luckily i was able to reach my Dermatologist on Sunday evening. Today i called Dr Vaughn's office to share my concerns and this "adrienne" could not have been more rude, uncaring and flat out unprofessional. I asked c "so will you share my concerns with Dr Vaughn or what happens now? I need to know how urgent after hours calls are supposed to be handled". She responds" what do you want me to do , jump up and down? Dr Vaughn isn't even here today". When i then said i feel like i might need to change Dr's her response was "Well let us know and we will be glad to transfer your records". I certainly hope the Dr.'s see this review and i will be writing a letter to further detail my concerns and experience. If this was my practice i would hate for this Adrienne to be my patient's first point of contact

After almost a year and three specialists ( including an ENT), Dr Adrianne Vaughn was the only physician to diagnose and treat a serious sinus infection that I obviously had for a year. Dr. Adrianne Vaughn a very caring and professional physician. In addition, a very knowledgeable one. Thank you Dr. Arianne Vaughn! I would suggest that your staff be more professional, courteous and cheerful.

Ins did not cover any of the services. I spoke to Liz (billing) and asked her what the out of pocket price would be, to which, was half of the $738.34 charges not covered by the ins. Spoke to Monica (billing), she told me I only had 95 days to have claim reversed. Once again, I called my insurance, and we were within the 95 days to have it reversed. Spoke to Monica again, she flat out told me they would not reverse the claim. Such lack of care and understanding by this office.
