Dr. Gerineni is a fantastic physician. I value the time she spent getting to know me and listening to my worries. She is informed, compassionate, and committed to achieving the best possible health results for me. Her efficiency and kindness are reflected in her personnel. My encounter with Dr. G was excellent. She was amiable and considerate. There wasn't much waiting time, and my appointment was on schedule. I'm excited to continue receiving care here.

I was very nervous to see a new PCP because i was with my last provider for a very long time. But Dr. G and her tram made me feel welcomed and cared for. I'm excited to continue my journey with AIM.

This review is a little of a mixed bag. My first appt. was canceled because I could not find the location. When I did finally find it, the front office staff told me I would not be seen because I didn't arrive 30 minutes before my appointment, and I was past my appointment time. I stated I wasn't informed to arrive 30 minutes before the appointment, the appointment was made online. Her tone was affooting. But I move beyond that because I need to be seen. During the actual appointment, the staff and doctor were wonderful. Second appointment, the staff was wonderful.
