The office said our dental insurance was good. Got the procedure done then they turned around and said it actually doesn't cover it the procedure. So I had to pay damn near full price for it.

Cheyenne had such great bedside manner with my son! Everyone was friendly, informative and very attentive and my son loves going to the dentist now.

Alamo Ranch Children’s Dentistry & Braces is very clean and has extremely helpful and gentle staff. My son is quite shy around people he isn’t familiar with, but Cheyenne was patient and comforted him as best she could. Overall, we’ve had a great experience at this facility. I will continue to bring my son here for his dental check ups and cleanings.

I was referred to this office by our family dentist. They did inform me it had just opened. My son needed some fillings and needed to placed under anesthesia. Dr. Ramirez is truly amazing, but the staff at the front desk are horrible. Not friendly at all and they would tell me one thing and do another. I waited months before I could have him treated. I was expecting a call back on a couple different occasions and no one would call back. Very unprofessional. If you’re willing to deal with the front desk ladies, Dr. Ramirez is great with the kiddos.

They are VERY unprofessional and unapologetic. The office Manager is VERY rude and their automated schedule system DOES NOT inform you that Braces maintenance is not performed on Wednesdays. We will be looking for another dentist real soon…
