Staff is friendly and somewhat accommodating. Having to get in contact with the office is quite difficult as calls are never answered, but if you leave a message they will call back with in 24 hrs. Not ideal, but I guess it works when is not too important, otherwise you will have to go in person.

I stuffer from hashimotos. I never knew this with my old doctor. She never helped me much after seeing her for over a year. I don't see how she could miss this. I am so glad I was told about this place. I love going there. I trust their expertise and calling is an issue sometimes but I just leave a message to call me back. It's a great experience. I can schedule my appointments on Saturday and don't have to miss work.

NP Garcia is great! He was compassionate and has great bedside manner. HOWEVER, this office is the absolute WORST at answering their phones or returning calls.

I absolutely love these guys, they take care my whole family and extended family as well, Chris Logan rocks. I do and I will recommend them every chance I get.

Staff is nice but they literally never answer their phone, never call back, and never follow up. I’ve been waiting on results for labs for literally months and the only way to correspond is driving all the way there. Annoying.

Do not sign up for the app. They have no one checking this app and believe they have it just to comply with insurance requirements but not no one following it or answering any questions. My previous office was attentive to patient inputs on the site and they responded promptly, too bad is not such service here. Let's add, they NEVER answer the phone. If you want to talk to someone you literally have to drive down there to speak with someone. 0/10 customer service.

Very happy with the NPs and Dr. Sanchez at ARIM. We have been seeing them as a family for 5 years. I know they are very busy in the growing practice, but Becky and the team at the front desk are really good, very helpful. Also the NPs are very knowledgeable and professional always. Highly recommended!

Had my first experience today as I was a new patient. The front desk staff were friendly and my wait time was minimal. The lady who took my blood was very good at her job I felt no pain or discomfort. I was seen by Dr. Logan who took his time to get to know my medical history and I never felt rushed.
