This Dr. is the bomb! Fast, funny, honest and smart! My thumb blew up real fast on my knuckle. It was scary and weird lookin:( He talked to me about options and outcome. He said to wrap it in tender tape. I'm old I didn't know what the heck tender tape was but he gave me some and I found more at the "HEB". With that said..the swelling is down 50% or more and I'm 100% glad I met this dude! Thanks young man, appreciated!!!

Best Heart Doctor Ever!! Now that I have your attention… … The last thing I said to Dr. Rowland, on my way out the door of my last appointment with him was, “I will never forget you.“, and he let out a laugh. But the truth is, I will not. I believe it’s very possible that he saved my life the day that I showed up for my wrist surgery (fractured when I slipped and fell) and my heart wouldn’t stop beating so fast. A little worse than the usual, but nonetheless, something I’ve always written off as just being anxiety, pretty much because, well, if you have a pulse, you have stress (especially if about to go into surgery.). Instead of him just sending me home or suggesting some anxiety meds, he strongly urged me to go to the ER right away, straight from the Surgery Center, which I did, only to discover that I had a pretty serious heart issue! The ER did everything Dr. Rowland predicted they might do, including correctly guessing the mild heart med they put me on, which stabilized me enough to schedule the wrist surgery a couple days later, and to get the heart issue addressed a couple weeks after that. The somewhat complicated wrist surgery went off without a hitch, and a heart issue that I had not really paid enough attention to all my life, was corrected, very possibly just in time, and certainly before I ended up having a heart attack. The moral of the story is that this doctor goes way beyond his call of duty, and looks holistically at his patients through a caring heart. Absolutely fantastic heart, um, er, hand, doctor!! My wrist (by the way lol) has been remarkably transformed. Dr. Rowland and his entire team are all first class, and I truly will never forget them. 😊
