Amber is the best! I actually found her through Tiktok/ Instagram. I was diagnosed with PCOS a few years ago and wanted to learn more about how I could improve my condition (other than the typical “just go on birth control and lose weight” answer from different physicians) and Amber has been so helpful and supportive with all of it. She really takes the time to understand your medical history. I now have a better understanding of PCOS and what I can do to help myself. I have definitely seen a change in my energy levels, acne, hair (my hair is starting to grow back), and symptoms during my menstrual cycle aren’t so intense. Amber is seriously amazing!! Out of all the people I've reached out to with help on my pcos, she has been the best!! I've gotten the basic "lose weight, take birth control, try metphormin" in the past and never felt that I was heard when it came to asking for help. But Amber has helped me really dig deeper into understanding my food sensitivities and has helped me pick out the right supplements to help with my digestive system as well as enzyms to help me since my gall bladder is gone.
