Have been Dr Kumar’s patient since 2016 & I guarantee she is not aware of how her office staff is treating her patients. I am 55 years old & I have never been treated so horribly in a doctors office before . I have several medical issues that require medications that should not ever be stop without a doctors guidance- yet the office staff refused to take a message or make an appointment. I was told “You need to find a new Primary Care Physician as we will no longer treat you as a patient.”I contacted the office on Mossrock to discuss the problems at the Blanco & 410 office but as of yet have not received a call back. Again I do NOT believe Dr Kumar is aware that her patients are being treated so poorly by her office staff - Dr Kumar has ALWAYS been supportive, caring & knowledgeable with all of mine & my family’s medical care. It’s really a shame.

Office is horrible, place you on hold and leave you there without even asking what is the reason for the call. Been on hold for 10 min. No checkin or anything, literally waiting on hold. Trying to setup and appointment is tiring and frustrating. Best to go to another office.

Dr. Kumar is a straight shooter with compassion. I've been a patient for two years and am very confident that I am in good hands. She listens and responds honestly. Their Patient Portal is an excellent resource that works consistently, and the office staff is knowledgeable and very nice.

Dr. Kumar is very pleasant and knowledgeable and asks all the right questions. She does not rush me or make me feel like I am taking up too much of her time. My problem is with the office staff. It is near impossible to get a referral in this office. I was just transferred 3 times only to be told the person I needed to speak with was at lunch. Seems the front office is run by interns with little to no experience or individuals who truly hate their jobs.

She is only doctor who explained the importance of B12 vitamin and help to get my energy back. She answers all my questions and help to get back in natural way.
