No one answers the phone or calls back. I have been trying for 3 days. I guess i will have to find another doctor.

Dr. Ana Rodriguez is professional, respectful, and passionate about what she does. She has never made me uncomfortable, nor left me feeling lost in next steps needed on my part or her staff’s. I’d say my success with her has much to do with clear communication. It’s never been about money, but I let her know where I stand so she knows what I can afford in regards to the cost of visits, treatments, prescriptions, and time off of work, like a medical financial advisor over these 12+ years too. In 2020, even I did a virtual visit with her and still felt the same love from her that I would when she’s standing in the room with me at the office. She’s talked to me about her life and family choices as well, and for that I’m grateful. She’s a real person with a business to run, and then I need her the most, she’s ALWAYS been there. If I were a medical student, especially a female one, I’d want her to mentor me to be successful in the medical profession. And yes, I’ve referred others to her.

Dr Ana Rodriguez is judgmental and impatient. She doesn’t take time to explain health issues, when me or my husband are confused and ask questions she seems to get annoyed and never gives clear answers. My husband has been going to her office for a over a year and after losing weight, managing his dieting, being prescribed medication, and going to the ER and having an emergency surgery he still has all the same symptoms and no clear idea of what is wrong with him.
