First let me apologize to the front desk. I was in pain, I snapped at them when my back seized. They are always nice and helpful. Stephanie Garza diagnosed my back issue and I can walk without the use of a walker this morning. Thanks to all employees who work hard to help patients.

Happy with my care with Dr. Calderon Dr. Calderon has a good bedside manner. I feel very comfortable talking to her, I don't feel rushed, and I feel that I am heard. I have never had to wait a long time before being seen. I appreciate that of Dr. Calderon is not available for same day appointments that this is a multi doctor facility and I can usually be seen by another provider if I'm ill. I also appreciate I can reach out at any time via the portal.My son and husband now see Dr. Calderon as well. I also appreciate her patience with my son as he transitioned from pediatric to adult Dr. Office.All the office staff I've encountered are friendly and fairly responsive.

Refuses to help I've asked her over and over to help figure out why I'm sick and she refuses to do anything besides a basic metabolic panel and cbc. Negligent and ignorant approach to medicine. Not sure if it's a bias against my demographic or just negligence. Either way, her approach to medicine is dangerous to her patients. State board is my next stop.

Dr Maria Calderon is the best doctor I’ve had my whole life and I’m 69 years old. I’m so happy I found her. She’s very Knowledgeable very friendly and she takes time to listen to what you have to say. For years, I had trouble with my blood pressure and the doctors could never control it. I always felt sick and nauseous. Since I started to see Dr. Calderon I feel like a new person. I have my life back. I’m energetic and very happy. I recommend Dr. Maria Calderon very highly make an appointment to see her. You won’t be sorry.

Dr Calderon is smart and caring. Dr. Calderon has taken care of me for four years now and I love her office and staff. I would highly recommend and I do to my friends and family. She is great with combining western medicine and natural healing combined. I no long am pre diabetic, my weight is down and I’m healthier than I’ve ever been. I’m 41. My appointments are always on time and they care about me. This doctor is highly recommended.

Update: I am still so appreciative of this Office. They have grown their family, and I had the great blessing of being seen by PA Williams who is phenomenal! She is so thorough and so kind. I hate that my job is causing me to relocate to the DFW area. Now. I have to find a provider that can match the care I've received for years with this office. I highly recommend this location and PA Williams! I love the staff at this family practice!!! They know you by name and are always pleasant. Dr. Calderon is one of the best physicians that I've ever had. I've been with her for a few years now. She's caring and takes her time. NP Garza is a sweetheart! And my daughter said Dr. Waters is good too! Also, Michelle, Jackie, Graeland (THE BEST phlebotomy king), and Charles are fabulous! Really, the entire crew is exceptional from check-in to check-out! I'd give 12 stars if it was possible!!

No response I left Word on the patient portal that I needed the drug for Covid on Saturday. I called 7 times on Monday to try to get the script. Now it’s Monday night and the office is closed, I still don’t have the prescription and I feel so much worse
