They had a appointment open at 12:30 today told them I had only Medicare insurance and they wouldn’t see me because they put my information in system and said I had a secondary insurance and I don’t have one. So they said doctor left at 1:00pm so have to get information on secondary insurance then they will call me. Just a waist of my time. They should of put me in the system when they were setting me up for appointment.

Dr. Ana Sauceda is an incredible physician and human being. She has taken care of me and my wife and kids. She is a compassionate/caring physician who can relate easily to adults and kids. She is attentive and incredibly knowledgeable. I'm very grateful for the help she has provided my family over the years. When anyone is looking for a dermatologist, I send them to Dr. Sauceda.

Rude and not helpful. Should didn’t even bother to show concern for my face .got charged even though I got no help not even encoding words. God doesn’t like ugly. Count your blessings because the way you treat people will catch up to you.

Yes.. Definitely.. Dr. Sauceda did some fillers on me .. and it came out great.. I’m due for another treatment.. it’s been two years.. and I get compliments all the time.. Best skin Doctor ever! I highly recommend her.. and I traveled 250 miles from South Tx. Just to see her..

Dr. Sauceda is fantastic. She is very knowledgeable, thorough and kind. I have always had pleasant interactions with her and her staff.

I was not satisfied with my billing experience at Alamo City Dermatology. When I had an appointment in May, I completed my intake form and made it clear that I would be paying out of pocket. When I settled my bill at the end of my appointment, Dr. Sauceda gave me discount for private pay. A month later, I received a letter from a previous insurer with a bill for that appointment in May. I haven't had insurance with that company since 2019 and it was not on my intake form. I called Alamo City Dermatology to understand what happened. At first, the billing agent said that I owed money since the insurer did not pay what was billed. I reiterated that I had paid out of pocket and settled my bill at the appointment. Then billing agent said that a mistake had been made and that I didn't owe anything. I understand mistakes happening, I'm human too. But it takes time to investigate and resolve these mistakes. Not everyone has the time and ability to do that. I think Alamo City Dermatology should review their processes for billing to see what they can do to minimize the number of similar mistakes in the future.

I recently saw Dr. Sauceda for severe eczema that I've dealt with my entire life. She and her staff were incredibly kind and understanding that I was extremely nervous about the severity of my skins condition. Dr. Sauceda came in and assessed me, and quickly prescribed both a cream and ointment in case the cream burned. I was very concerned about my insurance and payment but she assured me she would fight to have the recommended treatment covered and was very stern about making sure the pharmacy gave me the correct dosage for the creams so it would be covered as well. Its been a 4 days since I've seen Dr. Sauceda and I cannot begin to express how thankful I am to her. The improvement to my skin, my pain, and my overall quality of life has been incredible. I have a follow up appointment to have my progress assessed in a week and I cannot wait to express my gratitude in person to Dr. Sauceda and her staff.

Absolutely not recommend this Dr. It was so embarrassing the last visit with her when she decided not appear. She sent to her assistant to gave me the full appointment. She always running out of time and never give the appropriate time to her patient. Even more, she never gave me a solution to my problem.

This doctor may or may not be good, but I'll never know! Not happy with the way they do their appointments. Booked online, confirmed and then called 2 days later to rescheduled due to appointment given out. I know I'm a new patient, but I have an emergency and they couldn't work me in until 41 days later. I wasn't even asked what the problem was. This was not acceptable. I called another reputable dermatologist office and they were able to work me in the next day. Then they asked me what's going on and when I told them, they said we will get you in today and I politely said, tomorrow works.
