Always waiting a waiting line at clinics

Appointment was at 10am and was not seen till 12pm and I had work at 1pm so I had to rush over. Shouldn’t be scheduling more than one patient at the same time. An appointment should be quick max 1.5 hours. Went for a quick postpartum checkup. I didn’t think they would make me wait 2 hours to be seen. Need to manage their appointments and wait times better.

Went in to pedi express at 7pm. I went in for depression issues. I never got to see a physician. The nurse relayed my issues to a mysterious doctor who decided I was ok. They gave me another place company to call. Thank you UHS for wasting my time.

Vine aquí ha hacerme un aprueba de COVID Las seńoritas en la recepción me dijeron que no había espera porque no estaban ocupados eso fue alas 3:40 esperé una hora y le dije ala recepcionista pensé que no se iban a tardar ya llevo una hora aquí quiero cancelar y ella me respondió ya la van a pasar ya hable con las personas adentro para ver que está pasando y me dijeron que ya la van a pasar bueno son las 5:40 y todavía no me llaman y pues me voy a ir aquí están llegando más personas enfermas y si no es COVID lo que tengo me voy a contagiar que falta de profesionalismo de las personas adentro y esto fue en el Express Med

I Love This Place

Tried there best to see me as soon as possible even though the scanner was malfunctioning. The free parking was amazing when especially in the stressful situation of going to get a CT scan.

If you love homeless people, crack heads and kids with Covid this place is for youNot sure why they let the homeless crack heads Rome free asking for money and just a eye sore , then you go inside and kids coughing and sneezing no mask at all and no temp checks , real safe guys , I absolutely hate it here and you should stay away .

I don’t know where I’m supposed to go to write specifically for the Social Work department here but today, we were helped by Elle Luciano and all I can say is that I can feel the compassion and patience exuding from her.I came here with my aunt to help clear up some issues for her benefits and we didn’t even have an appt! But Elle made the time to see us and helped us for an hour and a half! She called all the people for us, looked up other programs my aunt might be able to apply for, was very thorough and gracious.I had a great experience and am grateful that we were seen by Elle!

If i would id give a 0 I went here twice both times I waited for Dr bout 30-45 minutes then another 30 to get release the second time I didn’t wait to b released I told the nurse she said she’d mail it I paid my bills now they’re charging for who no’s what, this is the most expensive facility I’d done business with! My time is as important as a doctors!! I’ve called n they say it was due to the amount of time I was there, I was there waiting on them not by choice, I’m the kind of patient that leaves after awhile. The facility probably over schedules that’s why the wait is so long because they’re greedy
