List of Art R Tontiplaphol's Reviews
I went in to get a clearance for neck surgery I have been there twice and both times the doctor was very very rude ,I don't think he cares for people of color and what reiterated it for me was when I went to his office today the first thing he said was that he didn't think that I could afford his services, I was immediately offended so I ask why would you say something like that,I stated I have private insurance and you have been getting paid no issues, I am very hurt and think he should apologize publicly. I could not believe that a professional would treat someone no better than the dirt under their feet. I am a human being and I have feelings
The office will not return my calls after I have left messages for 3 days. It goes straight to voicemail and ask to leave message I don’t know why if no o e calls you back. Very hard to talk to someone due to many doctors in offices. In his office they are not there or don’t care
I was expecting to be seen by someone who would listen and explain my symptoms away, but I got the complete opposite. Dr. Tontiplaphol was SUPER thorough and kind. The first thing he said to me was, "Tell me everything that's been going on. Start from the beginning." He listened to ALL of my concerns and made me feel less crazy. He went above and beyond to make sure that nothing was overlooked. I am beyond grateful and confident being in his care. THANK YOU!!
I have a very detailed and disappointing story about Dr. Tontiplaphol that is very hard to summarize concisely. If anyone is really interested, I am happy to be much more specific. In short, I met him this past Thursday for the first time. I brought a 13 page document with every possible bit of medical information about me that is reasonable including all current doctors I see with their addresses and phone numbers, many of my past doctors with all their contact information, my pharmacy, every med I take including dosages and the prescribing doctor, etc. I only came in to establish a relationship. I didn't need nor asked for any medications or solutions to any problems since I was feeling fine with respect to my heart. In short, he gave several indications he did not want me in his practice and then, out of nowhere, without any basis or logical deduction, without any research to back up his claims, he accused me of doctor shopping!!!! Dr. Tontiplaphol, accusing me of something most certainly untrue is the same as me accusing you of only being in this for the money. They both carry the same moral, difficult-to-defend finger-pointing. Instead, before throwing out this bomb to someone you never met before, you could have checked the state records that keep track of opiod prescriptions. You could have called my pharmacy to check on medications I filled there. You could have called my primary care physician to see if she has any suspicions. You could have called all the other doctors I see or have seen. Any way you look at it, you don't accuse someone of something like that unless you have evidence to back it up. And the crazy thing is, I didn't even make the visit nor ask anything of him except to follow my case and test me when appropriate. Well Dr. Tontiplaphol, you probably got your wish. There is no way I am trusting my life to anyone who is too lazy to properly research an issue before making totally unfounded accusations. If Google would allow me to give zero stars, I would.
I was referred to Dr Tantiplaphol by my family doctor. He explained testing he had ordered and listened to all my concerns. He was very attentive and pleasantly answered all my questions in a manner that was easily understood. He fully explained all the results of testing to my satisfaction. His office staff was very polite and helpful. I would not hesitate at all to recommend him to all my friends and family.
Dr. Tontiplaphol and his staff are very kind, caring and compassionate. He and his staff brought calmness to what might have been a very stressful situation. Highly recommend to anyone needing cardiac services.
I had an echo-cardiogram and a follow-up with Dr. Tontiplaphol. He explained that I had a heart valve problem and I'd need a CT Scan to determine what was needed to correct the problem. He gave me several options that we would discuss after the scan.
The visit was virtual and it went very well with Dr. Tontiplaphol. Very respectful and follow patient privacy to the utmost.
I am very happy with the care I receive from Dr. Tontiplaphol. It is always a pleasure to visit the office without being nervous. My health had very much improved with his caring professional and dedicated service. Whenever I changed primary care physician, I always make sure that I am able to stay with Dr. T. Seeing a heart specialist can be scary. However, Dr.T reviews all options for service and lives up to the standards afforded him in the most ethical professional way possible. I highly recommend him for all cardiology related services. I think that healing can begin if one could trust the care and the provider who is responsible for the care you receive. Dr. T has a caring personality that makes the tough visits go great.
I've been a patient of Dr. Tontiplaphol for a few years now and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He's caring, patient, and thorough. He made me feel at ease at my first visit when I was feeling anxious about everything that was going on.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
